Absolutely awful! Way too long to get food. The entire crew including the shift supervisor had eyes glazed over and zero sense of urgency. The bathrooms reeked of weed and when we walked out employees were smoking weed in the parking lot.

The lobby drink machine was down so the counter person said she would get the drinks. When I picked up my food 20 minutes later I asked for my drinks the supervisor asked what I had. I stated I’m unsure since there were 5 of us. She snapped back you mean you don’t know what you ordered?! I then yelled across the lobby to ask my family what they ordered for drinks. I had to come back up to the counter to get my sauces for the nuggets ordered. This took too long and no one was ready to help just acting busy or like complete fools on the drive through side.

The food overall was edible except for my “Asiago Ranch Spicy Chicken. This was the driest most overcooked piece of chicken I have ever had. No Asiago ranch just mayo. Pickles?? That was a first, and shredded lettuce.

Wendy’s has always been one of our favorites but it’s been I while since we have been. Never again! There are better options…. Chick-fil-a or Culver’s has good food and absolutely stellar service EVERY time.

I recently visited this Wendy’s location, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Upon arrival, the dining area appeared disorganized and not well-maintained — several tables were dirty, material on seats torn, the trash bins were overflowing, and the floor near the drink station was sticky. It gave an immediate impression of neglect.

First thing noticed was that all of the staff was out back and smoking marijuana. The entire restaurant smelled of marijuana and my clothes upon leaving smelled of it as well.

When I placed my order, the staff seemed distracted and unprofessional. The cashier barely acknowledged me and made several mistakes while entering my order. Customer service is supposed to make a difference, but here it felt nonexistent.

Overall, this visit left me completely dissatisfied. Wendy’s is typically known for decent service, but this location failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, or professionalism. I hope management takes immediate action to retrain staff.

Came here to eat lunch after a doctor appointment. Tried drive-thru but was told dine in only. We figured what the heck we have time. I ordered a #7 and wife got chilli and a baked potato. The food and service were very good. I used to work on Wendy’s Point of Sales systems for about 12 years so I’ve had a lot of Wendy’s this was the best so far.

Ordered a curbside mobile order got to the store there was no curbside spot pulled up to the drive-thru and then they tried to deny my order because they claimed that there is no such thing as a curbside order at that location. Then gave me trouble with trying to locate my order very rude.

I mean for a Wendy’s the food was decent. However the lady who was scooping fries had her hair all down in her face over the fries and was not wearing a net. Cashier kept forgetting things, they messed up the order there was trash on the floor. Not trying to break people down I just want to inform others. God Bless!

Love the chili. But that’s all I can say positive about this location. Not clean, to much personal going on with the staff. I stood for 10min without a greeting and the cashier was moving so slow I wanted to change my mind. Drive thru is always very very very slow. Too much playing and not enough faster service. Need better organizing of who takes orders and who fills them. Should not take 20 min for a salad order.

The good things that I can say is the food was hot and the frosty and fries were good. We ordered the bacon burger combo meals with the free frostys because we purchasd the free frosty tags. The cashier was courteous but while he was giving us cups to use the thousand flavor fountain machine he did not inform us that the fountain machine only had zero sodas and drinks, we had to inform him that the fountain machine only had zero drinks, he then said that they did have the non zero drinks behind the counter. The bourbon burger was not good it has bourbon sauce on it, the burger is not made with bourbon it should be called bourbon sauce burger and it has no bourbon taste. It also has fried onion straws on it which I do not like that. Why not just have fried onions or just raw onions?

The absolute worst service I’ve ever received at a QSR restaurant. When I first went inside to order, I was ignored for 5 minutes and had to ask if I should come back. I was then informed that the guy taking orders at the register was outside and that I’d have to wait for him to come back. After about 6 minutes, a young man walked in and stood at the register and did not greet nor make eye contact with me. When I said hi, did you want to take my order he said, “Why else would I be standing here… SIR” That about did it for me. I asked if it was because of my rationality, and only them did a supervisor appear. I left without ordering and will also be filing a complaint with Wendy’s headquarters. Worst service ever, and I will not eat in another Wendy’s unless a formal apology is offered.

This is a great review because the lady who manages it did such a nice job. They even made all our food fresh and helped a guy who needed some food. The manager is the reason they did so well – I’m sure they have some shaky reviews – but today was exceptional

Seems like from other reviews here, employment needs to be questioned. I went to the drive-thru and of course was told to come in like others with a nasty attitude. Then when I came in….. changing shifts. They seemed to take the person that was in front of me(that they knew personally) but then all of a sudden “changing shifts” when it got to me. Just not right.
