This place was filthy. We arrived long after the lunch rush and the place was gross. There was a lot of dirt on the floor under the table, on the table, the seats looked as if they had never been washed! Dirt built up against the edge of the walls. Most of the drinks in the fancy machine were unavailable. There was no ketchup in the dispensers. Bad job Wendy’s. Clean up your store!

I’m not gonna lie to yall today. I live in Myrtle Beach so my standards for Wendy’s is already low because the 544 location has to be the worst one in South Carolina, but your location did really well today. Service was fast, staff was friendly, food was hot. You guys checled all the blocks.
I came in during a pretty busy period just after lunch. I hit the Bojangles around the corner from you on my way back by and I really wish I would have gone to you guys again, I had a much better experience with you guys!

I got a number 6 the chicken was fresh and the worker Collin was working drive thru fixed my drink and whipped the food up in the back all by himself I guess nobody else was working or they were on break make sure to give him a raise!

It’s my local Wendy’s, the food is generally pretty good and if I’ve ever had an issue it’s been addressed quickly and with consideration (customer service is an A+). It’s a good quick stop if your on the road and looking to grab a bite.

Almost every table is dirty. Both bathrooms a despicable. Employee just returning from lunch did not wash his hands.
1/2/26 UPDATE Still a dirty establishment. Dried drink spray all over the inside of the drink despenser; food on tables & almost all employees in backroom having a few laughs; food under the tables. What would we find in the kitchen which isn’t as publicly viewable as the dining area.

Unfriendly service at the drive-through window, and cold french fries. I grabbed lunch today at 11 o’clock. If it wasn’t for being in a hurry, I would’ve gone back in and complained, it was that bad. You need to do better!

I ordered a Dave’s single and when I got up to the window it looked like it was a some kids first day at the window trying to swipe my card the right way but it took him about 5 tries to get it right. The staff was respectful with using manners but when I got home and took a bite of my burger it was STRAIGHT RAW. Also they got my friends order wrong as well. Do better Wendy’s.

So at 7pm on 10/16/25 I was finally satisfied by a fast food company. This crew on duty deserves a raise because all my food was perfect. From temperature to seasoning I enjoyed it immensely. Thank yall!

As a person with an allergy i order my food specifically with what I’m allergic to and I was given my food with said item looking like they’re not paying attention to their monitors or specific request… unexceptable lucky I inspect my food before I eat. Will not be eating there again
