We got some raw chicken today! It was well raw, if you all like raw chicken. My daughter bit in to it and spit it right out. We did take it back and got it taken care of but really need to check chicken before serving it. This was on 02/22/2025 around 4:45pm at the Marysville,wa location on state street.

The worst “manager” ever! I see now there are similar complaints on here. This evening, i went through drive-thru to order a Peanut Buster Parfait with extra hot fudge. I’ve ordered this for years with no issues, even in the summer. They made it, and it sat on the counter, melting while the car in front was waiting for food. When I got my one item, it was quite melted. I took the lid off and it poured out all over my lap. When I called to speak with manager, she blamed ME for ordering extra hot fudge. I explained the intent of my call was to let them know there was a problem, so training could happen. She continued to blame me, telling me not to order the extra hot fudge on the side or not order it at all.
Response to your CS team: You and your manager clearly do NOT want anyone’s feedback, orherwise, she’d be fiired or you’d train your employees. Do not say you want customer feedback, when there have been several complaints similar to mine. Either this is the same “manager” or your company can’t seem to hire nice people who care about excellent customer service.

We ordered flame-broiled hamburgers that were surprisingly tasty! We also indulged in hot fudge sundaes and strawberry sundaes with DQ sprinkles! Customer service was a little slow but worth the wait! It’s just food and its quality compared to other fast food chains in the Marysville area. DQ has been my “fast food choice.”

Our visit to Dairy Queen was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service we received. The drive-thru employee, Aday, had a terrible attitude and provided no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. Because of this, I requested to speak with a manager, hoping the situation could be resolved.
Unfortunately, the manager was even worse. Instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation or offer a solution, she repeatedly asked, “What do you want me to do?” in a rude and dismissive manner. There was no effort to listen, take accountability, or resolve the issue.
Customer service should be about respect and problem-solving, especially when concerns are brought forward calmly. This experience showed a complete lack of both. I am very disappointed and will think twice before returning to this location.

Will never return to this DQ. Rude employees at the drive through window during the evening shift. using vulgar language that start with the letter “F”. So unprofessional and disturbing. Especially when I have young children in the car with me is unsettling. DQ needs to use a different judgment criteria when hiring trusted employees. As a consumer, I would recommend for others to stay away from this establishment and at the very least, please do t have your young children with you so that they are not exposed to potential vulgar and insensitive language

Just about the only not treat item I enjoy at DQ is their fries, but for over $4 you’d think it would at least reach the top of the little box. It was on the bottom of the bag of food so I didn’t notice until I got home. Their Blizzards are generally heavy on the add-ins, so 2 stars instead of 1.

My order was messed up when I got home. I called and was told to bring the receipt if I was coming in and I asked for some fresh food for my kid and my folks. At first they said they they wouldn’t remake everything and then agreed, and still forgot a burger and game me the wrong order after I let them know which one I ordered. Quite inconvenient and irritating.

Slow Service, Cold Food
We stopped in for a quick meal and were really disappointed. It took over 20 minutes just to get our order. When the food finally came out, our burgers and fries were completely cold. The Blizzards were fine, but you expect hot food to actually be hot, especially after such a long wait. Not a great experience.
