We went through drive thru last night. Our order was close to $9.00. Got a biggie meal n one small burger. Ordered small burger with tomato n onion NO mayo said to them. Got a burger with No tomato but mayo and cheese. Got up the road turned around went back. Sat through line again told them of mustake. A manager came to windows hed make it over. We left heading to TN and looked in bag burger this time had no tomato but mustard and ketchup n onion. Bun was so hard couldn’t eat it. Called them told them we just wanted a refund was told we’ll come back in the morning! Are you kidding me!! How hard is it to put onion and tomato on it. Told them we had to keep going couldn’t keep coming back. Took my number as manager didn’t come to phone. I ask for a corporate number. Oh they would call me this morning from thuu in s Wendy’s. It’s now 12:39 no call. I know it’s not a big order but when you go back once and it’s still totally wrong you woukd think they’d made sure!! But also if you pay you should get what you order and fresh food. Yes it was getting late but they were open n when we had to go back no excuse for hard stale food. I want my money back!!!

This is the hands down the FRIENDLIEST Wendy’s I have ever been to. Working in fast food is not an easy job, and the staff here really went above and beyond to be joyful on Christmas Eve. My Dave’s Double was super fresh as well. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but this service was truly worth acknowledging.

Great music on the radio. Stopped by for the 1st time traveling through NC. Employees were friendly but I’ve never had a Wendy’s tell me that I could not substitute my french fries for a small chili. Usually they do that for a small charge and also you can sub the drink for a frosty but I guess she didn’t know that so the cost of my meal was higher than usual. Anyways, I tried the new swirl frosty chocolate brownie, it’s ok but I preferred the regular chocolate frosty instead

We did a carry out (drive thru was jammed!)
Got the Walnut Apple salads. Excellent choice.
The cashier was friendly, helpful, and took time to make sure everything was in the bag before handing it to me.
THEN he wished for me a Merry Christmas! How nice is that?!

Placed a mobile order for a brownie batter frosty and when we pulled up they said that they didn’t have it and when I asked for something of an equal value perhaps or a refund, the worker (who was chewing on a straw, yuck!) said “well you already paid for it” and essentially forced us to take a regular frosty for the more expensive price. Then they forgot our fries. I know the app thing wasn’t the worker’s fault, it was her attitude.

Wendy’s please update your apps to make it so things that you don’t have aren’t sold. Or have a better policy for proper replacement rather than scamming customers.

Edit: These workers really messed up, we just got home and my wife got a spicy chicken breast on her Asiago chicken sandwich…

This one has always had consistently fresh food. I’ve only experienced poor service once. I never care for the inside of a Wendy’s, but this one is ESPECIALLY spacious. Overall, I mess with this Wendy’s when I’m in Murphy.

Not a great experience. Staff were very confused and the manager seemed to just want to hang out in her office. Got our order wrong so we turned in the food and then they forgot to remake it. $45 worth of food that was meh, and the service was pretty bad. They have a hiring for a manager sign up. Hopefully with the right leadership, things will turn around.
