Busy or something was up, tried the drive-thru and the line was way too long, making it so people couldn’t leave the parking lot exit behind the store, so we parked and the line inside was just as bad. Seemed the crew wasn’t really with it, or something was up. At one point we sat down because we waited so long, and then lost our place in line. Went back to the car, and went to leave, had to sit in the parking lot waiting for people to leave. Went to Mc Donald’s, which wasn’t what we wanted lol Hope they straightened out whatever was up, because that sucked.

Even when they are fully staffed, they still get their orders wrong. You either loose fries or a burger you paid for, or you get a completley different order. Always check before leaving the drive through. They have such a high turn around with staff that dont seem to care as this has been a constant issue. Go somewhere else for quicker eats.

Waited in the drive thru maybe 10 mins, but it was because 1 guy was taking orders and payments, no Biggie, He got things right!!!!…..Pay window and food window were super Friendly and they got our orders correct. I know everyone has different experiences with drive thru’s getting orders correct and speedy service, but sometimes a little friendliness and patience goes a LONG way!! They are people trying to do a job no one else wants……….

Waited over an hour in drive through waiting for an order due to their lobby being closed. Then after being told at the intercom that their only taking orders one at a time, I’m stuck another 5 minutes. All this for my order to still be wrong! If you can’t hold employees, why even be open? I understand being understaffed is an issue, but when it’s that bad, why consider running a “fast” food restaurant?

Apparently, paying your staff at a maximum of $13 am hour for premium shifts only gets customers drive-thru service only. Doors are locked for dining in at 12:45 PM. Come on, Wendy’s, do better!

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I went there today and placed a to go order inside at 1:45 PM of a single no mayonnaise no cheese and a small chili, after they messed up my order three times and 25 minutes later I asked the cashier to just give me my money back, she said she would get the manager. The female manager should up and I ask for my money back she refused and she she can’t give me my money back. I said after three times messing up my order I want my money back she still refused. I told her I would contact corporate to get my money back.

Went inside to get takeout as the drive-through line was wrapped around the building. Everyone was friendly, and the service was quick. They did forget the lettuce my son asked for on his burger, though. Didn’t have time to go back and let them fix it.
