We love Braum’s icecream and burgers and fries, but we don’t always have the best customer service. It usually isn’t very clean as well in thier work area. I wish they would do a better job at maintaining a clean work space as they serve people. But overall we are regular customers there because it’s the cheapest place to get great icecream!

Haven’t been here since I was maybe 7. Tastes the same as I remember it unlike other places out here. Burgers are hot and fresh off the grill. Fries are hot. Sodas are cold and refreshing. Ice cream tastes like real ice cream had the banana split. So good. Dining area very clean. Employees super kind and friendly. Highly recommend for your next cheat day or just a place to grab lunch or a bite to eat.

Seriously don’t waste your time. After sitting at the speaker for 2 minutes I said hello, & some punk responded with “give me a minute” with the worst attitude ever. A different lady responded right after and took our order. I’m assuming it was the lady at the first window as she was as pleasant as can be. We get to the second window and the guy was rude as all get out. We could visibly see him throwing a fit to his coworkers before we even got to his window. He basically threw out stuff at us and got an attitude when we asked for bbq sauce. We asked to speak to a manager and he huffed and said “I guess” the assistant manager Val handled it professionally and empathetically. She explained they were short staffed (aren’t we all these days though?) and I was satisfied with how she handled it. What I can’t get over though is the quality of food we received. They clearly had fries sitting in a basket waiting to be dropped and must have thought they dropped a basket because half of my fries were still partially frozen! Not cold. Just not cooked. I’ve worked in fast food management and I know the trick. The cook probably prepped the fryer basket thinking they were cooked as they can appear golden brown if left over a vat of grease that’s 450 degrees for a time. I’ve lived here for 8 years and can count on one hand the times I’ve had a pleasant experience here. This is why Colleyville is experiencing restaurants dropping left and right. DO BETTER PLEASE

Yes, I’m giving you a review of five stars for very rare hippie reasons lol. It’s the night before the next snowstorm and I really wanted some ice cream. I walked in the door and squeezed through two employees. One on the clock and one off the clock. After we spent about five minutes gathering a few bags of groceries I wanted a Coke and a large fry. Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes while five employees on the other side of the counter walked past me continuously. They kept giving me really nice smiles, so I just didn’t mind. At eight minutes a really nice young man said he would be with me in just a minute. At 10 minutes he took my order. Large Coke, please and a large fry and a large gravy. You know because it’s about to be cold and I’m feeling lazy, but I need a spicy Coke. Anyway, at 10 minutes, he takes my order and immediately hand me the large cup to fill up with Coke. Then they tell me the fries will take about 10 minutes. They told me it was such a nice young smile that I just didn’t care. Anyway, after hanging out for about 30 minutes, I got my food and everybody cheered for me. As I walked out the front door, I noticed the same two gentlemen standing in the grocery line that had been there for about 15 minutes. I told them they should steal their stuff and run out the door while they can and they both smiled and waved. No one here at all mines waiting. This place is on island time! So if you are looking for a lot of smiles and some chill people, that’ll take 35 minutes to serve ice cream and nice hot fresh fries. This is the place to go.

I love Braum’s! This one has a large dining area, and I’ve been here a few times with friends – it’s always great. I love their chocolate milkshakes because they make them with chocolate ice cream! My friend lives close by, and goes grocery shopping here sometimes because it’s convenient and reasonably priced.

A must-visit for ice cream lovers! Huge portions, creamy texture, and great flavors. The classic burger and crinkle fries are surprisingly good too. Fast service and a nostalgic diner feel. Excellent value for a sweet treat and a quick meal.

As much as I like Braums this places work area was disgraceful. You hardly could see through the glass into the freezer. Not to mention the counters were sticky and my cup was set down in hot fudge si it was all over the cup. Ugh. Management needs to review its practices. The one in NRH is very clean always no matter how busy they are

Someone needs to let Carmela know that when people walk in, that means people are buying stuff, and she doesn’t need to be holding conversations with other employees on the other side of the aisle when she has a line piling up. Hope she enjoys the sushi at the mall that was so much more important for her to talk about to her coworkers than helping customers.

I went to Braum’s to buy a peach pie but they were sold out, so I ended up with apple. Every Braum’s in the area was out, so I guess those peach pies are very popular or the manufacturer is behind. Other than that problem, I have no complaints with this store. Service was good.

I had the chili, which was fulfilling. One size for 2.99 and rocky road ice cream. Perfect.
Had to get the cherry limeade as well,because its Braums.
David made it perfect.
