Waited 30 minutes in line for it to just stop and not move for a good 20 more. And then once I decided to pull off I come thru the front of the parking lot and they are just standing in the lobby. Crap like this is why fast food has a bad name. Been at work 12 hours I just want food man. Either make the food or close your doors and do people a favor and not waste time. 1/10.

Wow, I am genuinely surprised! I have not hit a Wendy’s in 4-6yrs and I have to say I am impressed. The burger was as good if not better than 5guys without the added cost, because 5guys burgers have to be $10 . The staff were attentive and fast! I don’t think I spent more than 2min from order to driving off. Awesome Job Guys!

The food was great based on what you should expect from a Wendy’s, it wasn’t five star luxury but 5 stars for fast food. The employees honestly looked miserable, would’ve been nice to see some sort of smile. There was enough water, see my pictures. You will not be thirsty here. I guess the women’s and men’s restroom signs are only suggestions. The bathroom was actually really big, I have no idea why though. They were clean enough.

This is by far the best experience that I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was Halloween night, one of the most chaotic nights of the year, and me and my friends walked into this fine establishment, said trick-or-treat, and they proceeded to give me and my 2 other friends a large frosty and a cookie each, while refusing payment. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant 10/10 would highly recommend.

Ordered chicken tenders in drive thru, was told to pull up to next door. 15 minutes later a young man came and told me they were out. Asked for a refund, he went inside and came back and said he couldn’t do a refund but they now had chicken if I waited 6 minutes. I went inside and asked for a manager. Some old lady in a red shirt said she was the manager and was unapologetic and couldn’t seem to figure out how to do a refund, but said she “locked up” the chicken and the staff didn’t know where it was. Does she have to lock up food so the staff wont steal? So very odd. She was not professional and seemed uninterested in performing her job professionally.

Pitch black outside, we were met with an inviting window service person that made us laugh, and feel inviting immediately. We had a difficult order at 1 in the morning and they were not only accommodating but very friendly. Fries were trash but burger was on point for Wendy’s burger!

I will never order here again. I’ll order Dave singles and big bacon classics and they gave me junior bacon cheeseburgers with the toppings on them and swore to me that that was what size they are now they were literally as small as a McDonald’s cheeseburger. There’s no way these things are that small. That’s no way a quarter pound of meat it might be a junior bacon cheeseburger size and for them to tell me that that’s what the size is that I’m full of crap I will never eat here again and I wouldn’t recommend you doing it.

I came to Wendy’s drive thru in Asheville NC on Thursday Sept 28th, 2023 @ 2:45 pm. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my service, the efficiency, accuracy, quality & my overall experience! I used to hate going to this Wendy’s because the line would be so long and service sucked! But whoever is working there now & management! Big props to y’all! I know how hard fast food and customer service is! All of you who were working this Thursday afternoon shift, y’all rock & know you’re do an excellent job & you are seen!
I had a decent sized order and it was all correct and came out within a minute! I was in complete shock when I checked those bags & everything I had asked specifically for was in there!
Btw the pumpkin spice frosty is off the charts amazing! don’t get it y’all.. you’ll get addicted
