I didn’t go physically to Taco Bell but my bf went and got us food around 8:33pm. One thing I hate is spending a good amount of money on cold food. . I paid $30 here because every now and then I like to eat Taco Bell. I love the chalupas. I expect a fresh chalupa at least. I could have went to wings and more where I know my food was going to be fresh. I will not be coming here again. This is the 2nd time I’ve sent him to get food and the stuff is cold ! The first time I had to go back and get a fresh chalupa ! The chalupa was cold again this time , bread was not fresh it was tough. The soft taco was cold . I had cinnamon bun thing (2) and they were fresh and good and the cinnamon twist . I also had a watermelon/lemonade freeze (paid extra for) and it was like a soda . No freeze to it. I will not be coming here again we’ll not to this location. !

So very disappointed was looking forward to the new grilled burrito. I get it and the cheese was stuck to the paper making the burrito soggy. Told the manager and she said they could remake without the cheese but whats the purpose of getting the cheesey grilled burrito without the cheese on the outside grilled like it is to be.. So paid for a 6.99 box to only be able to eat 2 tacos.. The burrito not eatable so soggy.
