Wendys on Hendersonville road served my Gf a HOT cup of chili, UPSIDE DOWN, with the lid loosely affixed, the chili ate through the bottom of the bag, so when she picked up the bag the HOT chili dumped on her and throughout the car. I called and tried to get compensation for the cleaning of the car and your extremely thin skinned administrative assistant terminated the call. If you’re going to have woefully under compensated, incompetent people dispensing hot liquid food into cars, you should probably get a thicker skinned individual answering the phones….

Ordered at the kiosk inside, stood at counter for 15min before being told they’d already sold out if fries and frosties. No apology. Just “we ain’t got no frosties and fries.” Would have been cool if they’d just said something when the order hit their screen instead of letting us stand there and saying nothing.

Almost every time I come to this wendys there’s an issue. Ive had so many issues here in fact that ive had to tell employees how to ring up items despite having never even seen the register screen. When the customer is better trained on your POS system than your employees you might wanna start looking into management.
Only reason im giving 3 stars is my expectations for fast food are so low.

I usually come by after work when Im too tired to cook. I see lots of poor reviews but when I come by at late night and Carrie is working I know I’ll get great service and some tasty food too. She always has a smile on her face and is pleasant. Give this woman a raise! Idk Wendy’s policies but I imagine if Carrie were managing and had the tools to build a staff that Hendo road would be the best in the area. It truly is the people who make or break a place. Thank you Carrie for everything you do!

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The wait was ridiculously long, and there was only one car ahead of me. When I finally got my food, it was basically tossed out the drive-thru window. The staff shut the window immediately and wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I tried to get their attention—so if they forget something, good luck. And to top it all off, they didn’t even have ketchup. No ketchup!

This wendys is the worst I have been too! Ordered 2 burgers and they didnt have tomato or lettuce on them a ton of mustard and it was just plain gross! Then they charged my friends debit card twice! Won’t be coming back for sure. They need major work in this restaurant! The bathrooms were awful as well needed some serious cleaning.

My family went through the drive thru for lunch today around 1:30 pm. The food was amazing. Everything was cooked fresh and the strawberry lemonade was also delicious. Better than usual. The staff was also very friendly and I just wanted to share this.

Pulled up to grab breakfast at 10:16 am. There is no line, the lobby is empty, and I only order a single breakfast sandwich. I pull up to the window she proceeded to sit for 5 minutes without even having someone ask for my card. No pulling forward, no “one moment” just sat at the window of an empty Wendy’s while the employees did whatever. This store can be understaffed so I’m patient when they’re busy but I was the only customer. Ridiculous

I went through the drive-thru. I asked for Dave’s single with light onion, extra cheese only. I got the regular burger with all the things. That would have been tolerable had the person at the window had presented herself professionally and used good manners. I didn’t complain at all because I didn’t know the burger was wrong until I drove away, but good manners and a smile cost nothing. My issue wasn’t the wrong order so much as the poor attitude of the worker.
