Food was great. My wises card wouldn’t work (travel card) the cashiers response was is there money on the card? I felt pretty offended and embarrassed. The machine wasnt reading the chip on my card. He then grabbed a different machine to try. There were 3 other people behind me – I got super embarrassed so I quickly got out a different credit card, thinking it was maybe it was because it was a travel card and paid the bill.

Can’t believe I went back a second time. The staff will sit around for up to 10 minutes chatting ignoring you and anything you ordered. The hot chocolate I bought in the drive through also tasted more like water than chocolate. If I were the owner of this franchise I’d look for new staff.

I had the opportunity to try a lemon poppyseed sweet bread today and I will tell you this with 100% honesty and certainty; it was absolutely delicious! Just the perfect amount of lemon—not too overpowering or tart. I am a huge fan of anything poppyseed but I am picky about lemon sweets and this left me wanting another slice.

The food was delicious and fresh. The breads are divine. The turkey bacon avocado salad was satisfying and tasty! The cheddar broccoli soup was creamy and hot. The customer service was fantastic. The only down I would give is the space feels a bit claustrophobic due to the trinkets for sale.

Nice and clean and fun. Felt a little crowded by stuff by the bathrooms but otherwise it was really cute and the good food (amazing hot chocolate, bread and soup) hit the spot. A nice place to shop for cute gifts and get rejuvenated.

I live for kneaders french toast it’s top tier and nothing less. Probably in my top 2 favorite places to go for french toast. It’s filling , all you can eat, has so much flavor, the syrup complements it way too nicely and it even comes with strawberries and whipped cream. I’ve been eating this probably a little too much lately but it changes my entire outlook on life. The management at this location provides outstanding care and is attentive to my culinary needs and shoutout to Sam for being so kind and going out of his way for me when he didn’t have to. Great location!

This was my first time to Kneaders and I loved it. I got the egg and sausage croissant and it was yummy. It is quite small but that’s OK. It was easy to find right off of Cougar Boulevard, on the southside. There is lots of parking because it uses a strip mall parking area.
Although the girl that served us could use a smile, I still had a good experience.
Here are things that are important to me that I look for at a restaurant:
– Cleanliness of the restrooms – 5 star for this location
– Cleanliness of the store floor – 5 star for this location
– Customer Service – 4 star for this location
– Working Tap at the register – 5 star for this location
There are 5 tables in the outside sitting area and we made use of that area.
I use Tap so this is a must for me. Especially being from out of town, I need to use tap because I don’t carry cash and we were already. I had a great experience here

Went through the drive through at 11:15 am on Oct 28th. Got a couple sandwiches and two coffees. Great sandwiches but the coffees were cold. Walked inside and complained about the coffee temp. The Gal at the counter just warmed them up by putting them in the microwave! Weird. I wont be back

I bought the all you can eat French toast and they said they ran out of bread after one plate. No refund. I’m a hungry college student I can’t just spend 8 bucks on this and not afford to get filled up. I know that’s a good deal but that’s gotta be false advertising or something. Mind you this is at 1pm and they close at 9. How does a bakery run out of bread? Never coming back. Please don’t bring your business to this place.

I wish I’d seen reviews before. This is an $11 sandwich that comes with a side salad (small cup of lettuce – which I added to my sad sandwich that had one piece of the white end of lettuce). Hardly any chicken salad on it. I also waited in the drive thru for a very long time with only 2 cars ahead of me.
Update: I called to ask if I can order something different and they said to come back when I can and get a new order
