This is one of the worst experiences I had in a Wendy’s. I waited in line for over 15 minutes for someone to take my order. The staff was struggling to keep up and make orders. When I finally got my food it was warm to cold. Let’s say it did not meet their standards. I will not be going back to that store again.

THE place to choose dine in if you want to be completely IGNORED by everyone working here. I get they also have drive thru, mobile and Doordash to deal with BUT the dine in customers should be at least AS important. We waited a GOOD 5+ minutes to order without ever being acknowledged by anyone. When we finally ordered, our food came out fairly quickly, although it was deposited on a tray with no paper liner . Y’all need to do better.

Bro just close this place down fr. Everytime I come here I wait 20 minutes minimum. I ordered off DoorDash thinking I wouldn’t have to wait only to wait 32 minutes after I got here. From the time I placed the order to when I finally received it was almost an hour. Just close it down for awhile fire everyone start over and try again. This is beyond ridiculous. 2 burgers and a large fry should not take this long

This is supposed to be a “fast food restaurant ” but not during night shift. They wanna take over 30 minutes just to bring some food out. Another note why when they open the window it reaks of weed? Here’s a thought Instead of smoking it pass it out and maybe we will get our food quicker.

The staff are SO rude at this location. I tried to order and was interrupted just to let me know they didn’t have what I was ordering (at least let me get the words out). Everytime I go to this location the service is slow, the staff are rude and impatient, and the experience is just overall underwhelming. They are open late, but their night staff always try to get people to leave. It honestly feels like most of the time, they only say they don’t have something so they don’t have to make it.
