I ordered online…. they took my payment . I waited for 20 mins and then I asked what was going on with my order. The girl at the counter said they didn’t have an online order. When I went online to show her my order it said my order was processed and then they refused to give me my food. I spoke to a manager and ge told me it wasn’t his problem and walked away. It was his problem because they company got my money I wanted my food. After 20 mins they Finally gave me my food and the fries were cold burger was cold and my nuggets were cold…. I never received my strawberry frosty that I paid for…. the most unprofessional store. Manager was rude and ignored me. This store is always messing up orders. I have to go inside when ordering here because they never get my order right! The management team needs better people the ones here are rude and never friendly.

I ordered two singles for $6. Got home and my wife and I found both burgers were raw inside. I called them to let them know. They told me to return them but it wasn’t worth the drive. I had a coworker say the same thing happened to him a couple days earlier. Both cases were on night shift near closing.

Drive thru was crazy busy due to it being lunch hour (12pm) so I went inside. There was a few people in line, again, it was lunch time. It only took a few minutes to place my order and receive it. I sat down at a corner table and thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. The food was fresh and delicious.

I found a grasshopper in my salad which ended up in my mouth before I discovered it….. We talked to the Wendy’s company and they said the only thing they could do is send coupons. Whelp it’s been a long time (Since Dec 6th!) and they never even came. So I am leaving a review on here since they never helped and caused us stress. It was the most disgusting experience in my life regarding restaurants. The fact that the coupons never came is just a slap in the face. (Never got a refund.)
