After driving for eight hours last Sunday evening, (8/29 around 7pm) we didn’t feel like cooking. Wendy’s seems to be one of the only places anymore serving fast food that tastes like it’s real…not over-processed and fake like McDonald’s. (Maybe you’ve heard the stories too? ) Wendy’s hit the spot. The gentleman taking our order at the drive through window had also brought our food out to us in our car. We didn’t wait long at all. He was happy, clean, well dressed, and super friendly We appreciate this so much! We enjoyed their delicious burgers, tea, salad, chili, fries with zero disappointment that night. Even the parking lot was clean. If we could’ve tipped the guy taking and bringing us our order, we would have. Thanks Wendy’s!

Had a phone interview for the “General Manager” position scheduled well over 2 weeks out, however upon time for said interview I didn’t receive a call even after multiple “reminders” that were sent to my email? I proceeded to call the store after 15 minutes and the current “General Manager” had no idea as to what I was talking about? Double checked all my information and everything from the date, time & location was correct.

I sat in the driver thru for several minutes and spoke out to the drive thru speaker with no result. Saw 1 car in the parking lot and thought for sure someone had to be there. Verified they were open (6pm) and they were showing open, then saw employee with headset on sitting out front smoking a cigarette, didn’t even acknowledge me at the drive thru. Off to another restaurant I went, very poor service.

Wendy’s is one of my most favorite fast food restaurant. I always get the apple pecan salad. On separate occasions the salad was not good. The picture says it all.

Went to get food and ordered and they got it wrong.twice back to back after telling.them what we ordered and.turn around and not even have 1 item correct. Wendy’s has been the only place fast food that hasn’t completely gone down since covid and inflation and I’m better off just eating st home from now on.
