I have been to a lot of panda expresses, and I will try to avoid this one from now on. No greeting when you came in the door, no one in line and STILL had to wait to be waited on. The broccoli in one dish looks like it was more than a day oldthe mushrooms weren’t cooked enough. I’m sorry there’s better pandas! only my first time to this one!

I hadn’t eaten for over 18 hours. Even so, the food was inedible! Too much salt, the stir-fry was too mushy, and the most unacceptable rice was like a BB bullet! And of course the waitress ignored the queue priority, it should have been my order, she ignored it and went to fill 10 boxes… until another person came to process my order… Incomprehensible!

So i understand it was late when i ordered this and almost close to closing time but ive never ordered Chicken and String beans unsure if this is what it’s suppose to look like it was pretty Bland and so was the Broccoli with Beef no flavor broccoli was pretty hard I preferred kung Pao Chicken but they didn’t have any available. I want to highlight one of your employees…. Rosie was awesome!! As soon as I walked in the restaurant she greeted me with a smile, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order so she offered me a few new menu items that I hadn’t ordered before. I could tell the restaurant was very busy at the time but that didn’t stop Rosie from making sure my visit was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Rosie, good service is hard to come by especially nowadays. I look forward to my next visit to this Panda Express location… 5 star approval.

This is usually our go to Chinese food place, even though they mess up our order about 10% of the time. They also have a bad habit of scraping the chowmein until its basically all vegetables. But today is the last time. With everything going on right now, the women at the drive through was serving our food into the containers at the drive through with her mask around her neck. Not a bad thing at first. But then she starts talking all over the food in the warmers and I saw a bit of spit go onto the food. In normal times this would be bad but during a pandemic this should not happen. Also can’t explain how this can even qualify as chowmein. Its almost all cabbage.
