This location seriously needs a new manager.
I called because the other Wendy’s phone numbers were not working and I was trying to place a complaint about the Wendy’s on north marine
I ordered the bacon maple chicken sandwich for breakfast this morning and as i was eating it I noticed a strong smell of ammonia on the sandwich itself
I stopped eating it and started getting nauseous and eventually vomited two hours later
The lady I spoke to from this location was extremely rude and dismissive
Saying that she took the food course and there’s no way I got food poisoning within two hours and something else must have gotten me sick.
There’s so many other restaurants in this city
I would not waste my time on Wendy’s who’s dismissive about their costumers.

Constantly giving me trash/old fries. Went today 3/1/26, got a combo. They wait til AFTER I pay to tell me the drink machine is messed up and it’ll be warm. Not only was it warm, but no carbonation. Why wendy doing me dirty like this??

Honestly if I could give this location a half star to no star I surely would. Me and my husband went to Wendy’s drive thru at 1:03am last night and the employee at the window was a Hispanic woman and she seemed very nice at first but then she had an attitude. When we were given our food I tasted the fry’s., literally old and cold as if they just scooped up old fry’s out of the fry station and my Asiago sandwich chicken smelt old and it was brown and old. This honestly will be my last time at any Wendy’s. The food industry has definitely changed for the worst. My husband is like it’s Wendy’s I’m like nah their food shouldn’t be this bad knowing that they should follow a health policy with food safety. Yall literally made me sick the next morning im running to the bathroom. Such a shame. I won’t be spending my money at these restaurants.

UPDATE WENT THROUGH ON FEBRUARY 3, 2023 AT 543 PM AND STILL THE SAME This location needs to seriously get a new person in drive thru. So went thru the drive through to get dinner at 0630 Oct 29, 2025. Upon pulling up my wife stated to order for both of us. So my wife gets one item out and a very rude woman on the other end asks her do you want anything else. Never gives my wife a chance to say what I wanted before do you want anything else again with an attitude. Most places wait until your totally done. Then we pull up to the window. My wife pays for our stuff and the rude woman on the other side continues to be just that. After getting our food my wife checked our older and kindly ask if she could get more crackers for her large chili which was one of the items we got. The woman about throws the Crackers at my wife then shuts the window. No thank you or any niceties at all. If your having a bad day or hate your job don’t take it out on your customers

I picked up some dinner on my way home from work. Looked forward to a good meal. I was first handed my drink. It was incorrect. I ordered the COCA-COLA ORANGE CREAM. What I was handed was DAVES ORANGE CREAM DRINK. The difference between the two is 1: color and 2: taste. The drink I ordered looks like coke, meaning it’s dark in color. What I was handed was orange. And I mean ORANGE. The attendant at the window (who originally handed me the drink) started arguing with me about how it’s the right drink. I know what the drink looks like because I can buy the same drink from next door at speedway or Walmart. So I know I’m right. The attendant at the window was very rude and pushy about it being the right drink. I didn’t have the energy to argue with a little girl. She was incorrect, ill-mannered and RUDE. After I took the drink I could hear through the window being further disrespectful and called me a dumbass. Another employee ended up handing me my food, and I pray that’s right. Please see that the original under-goes further customer service training and training on her knowledge of the menu.

This was the final straw. Ordered food and had it delivered. The food was cold even though no other stops were made. The bag was not sealed and chicken nuggets were missing, AND they gave the wrong sauces. I called the delivery support number and they refunded everything. They also charged for an item that was supposed to be covered by my points.

I went through the drive thru and tried to order a salad. But when I got to the window they gave me something else. When I tried to tell the cashier I ordered a salad, she got all defensive and said she knew she heard me order something else. I ended up asking for a refund and she threatened to fight me and told me she was the manager. As someone who used to work in fast food, I know this behavior towards a customer is very inappropriate. Very disappointed with this experience and will avoid this Wendy’s in the future.

Baked potato was hard. If we are going to eat the potato with plastic forks, please cook the potato enough so that the fork does not break when trying to eat it. It would have been nice to get butter and sour cream with the potato. I also ordered a salad and did not get any dressing nor did I get the Pecans that go with the salad but I did get three forks. This is the 6th meal that was incomplete or not made correctly in the last 2 months.
