This restaurant has consistently gone downhill for years now.
Last month I had the same poor experience with inedible food.
Today I decided to give it one more try so I did a drive through order and once again was very disappointed.
The burgers were obviously reheated from lunchtime; they were cold and rubbery. One burger was slathered in ketchup and one was overly smothered in mayonnaise. The fries were once again short greasy, darkened nubs not fit to eat. Obviously the grease needs to be changed occasionally and is not being. A complete waste of over $30 for absolutely nothing!
This will be my last visit to this establishment unless or until I am absolutely certain that the food quality and service has significantly improved.

The food is good but I went through the drive through and it took 30 mins. They were out of choc ice cream for the frosty so I said ok vanilla is fine. I got an oreo frosty fusion. They literally dumped oreos in the bottom and put ice cream on top. I got no choc sauce or anything that was supposed to come with it. First 2 times I stopped here I went inside and it was great. Last 2 times I went through the drive through and it was horrible. Next time I go inside again! Service is better and faster!

I’ve been 2 nights in a row and was turned down for service. I don’t even know why they’re open at this point. Food is really a hit or miss because either it’s not good or it’s half done. They pay those employees to do absolutely nothing and it’s sad

This is the dirtiest place to sit in and eat. 94.5 rating? Are you kidding me. Whoever gave that rating never looked up or down. Now…sit down with the food and open a sausage and cheese English muffin that’s dripping with grease. I don’t mean regular ole grease I mean swimming in grease. I threw it out entirely. The other one was ok at best but my stomach was already turned. So I drank my coffee and left. Mental note Never Ever Ever stop there again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. On two separate occasions now they have asked me to pull up and they would bring my food out. Today when they asked me to pull up, it was because they did not have unsweetened tea. I pulled up, waited 17 minutes before I went in. Mind you, 8 customer received their orders via drive through after I pulled up. I went inside, my order was not ready nor had they started the unsweet tea. The young gentleman in the back preparing the food tried to shoot some bs in a sarcastic tone of voice, of being short staffed. But I counted 5 staff members on duty working and have seen fewer do better! This establishment has a complete lack of customer service and should be avoided until there is either a change in staff who care, or they are replaced with Ai. Personally, I’m hoping its Ai.
Edit: after thinking about it. Im not sure if the gentleman in the back was a manager or just a line cook being nosey. Nonetheless, excuses should never be the resolve to customer complaints, especially poor excuses at that.

Please close down this place . 3 cars pulled to the side waiting for orders . Asked me 4 times what my order was. What are we doing here . About 30 mins to get a baconator and nuggets .

Worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
They were all out of lettuce, tomato, and ketchup.
And didn’t tell me, I discovered it after they gave me the order !
They said sorry we’re out of all that.
This place was also dirty, not sanitary.

Wow this was incredibly disappointing drive-through through experience. We were in the drive-through lane with only three cars ahead of us for over 15 minutes. Compared to Chick-fil-A with 10 to 15 cars of head of you going through and getting your order in less than five minutes this was incredibly disappointing. The food was average we were trying to check out something a little different and we were extremely disappointed.

I visited this establishment last night and witnessed the sweet young lady that took my order be slapped by one of the guys working. He is very disrespectful he slung my bag of food at me. I do not recommend anyone to go to this establishment.
