Drive thru service was good however food is terrible. I ordered 2 mini taco salads had almost zero meat or refried beans loaded with that spicy chipotle sauce. This wasn’t my experience with other Taco Bell locations. The Mexican pizza wasn’t much better. I have made my last trip here!

Welcome to the the worst Taco Bell to my knowledge. I get we went late at night but that’s not an excuse to screw up a simple order. As per the receipt we only ask for six items and we we got why more than we asked for. We got back to our hotel room and opened the bag and magically the bag had way more food then we paid for. That would have been nice if it had been the right order. We opened up the quesadillas and they were steak. That would had been ok but the steak was raw and not even heated up properly. The other items in the bag were just as bad. The food was cold and the only thing they got right was the drinks. The guy at the window was passing a open container back and forth with the car in front of us. That should have been a huge red flag to just drive through and not even get our order. I have sent emails to Taco Bell Corporate and have tried calling the store directly to see if we could get some type of refund for the poor job performance from this store. I wouldn’t go back if it was the only Taco Bell open for 100 miles in any direction. Save your time and try somewhere else and maybe you’ll have better luck.

The slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Only people in the place and over a 20 minute wait after we had to complete self ordering at a kiosk. We werent greeted at all. An employee was in the back yelling at other employees. One employee doing drive through was on their personal cell phone. Another one was preaching how no one is working together. Worst Taco Bell I’ve experienced.

Tasty food! Pleasant staff. Ordered a bean burrito and a crunchy beef taco and a Pepsi. Bean burrito excellent! Crunchy taco was a soft shell chicken taco with avocado: tasty but not what I ordered. I will have to check the on-screen order closer next time. Pepsi was just right.

You can speak loud and clear enough for the workers but they decide to not pay attention and get your order either halfway or completely wrong. I went in today and the lady at the drive-thru was barely on the speaker and when she was, got my order halfway wrong and didn’t even try to correct it when we pointed out some of it was wrong

After waiting over 15 minutes at the speaker I decided to go to the window. I was then told to either go back around at the end of the line or come in for my mobile order. I decided to go in. It’s been 20 minutes and nothing is done and no one even glanced at me. I go back through the drive thru, finally get my order. No apology nothing. I have worked retail and food service, I understand it. But some sort of accountability would have been nice in this situation. Go to another location if you can.

I found out tonight why your restaurant has a 3.6 rating. Cause you guys have very bad customer service and the food was an absolute mess and the place needs cleaned. It all started when I ordered a meal with a Baja blast and got to the window and they had me a liquid drink so I ask kayle are the blast not frozen and she replies no they are called a freeze so I said I misunderstood can I change it? Her reply was I can’t order at the window I have to go back through the drive thru. So I tried to explain myself and she closed the window. Then I check my meal and it looked like they made is very messy on purpose so I started to walk in and try get a refund or my meal fixed and the floors looks like they haven’t been mopped in weeks so I just tossed it all away and went to Wendy’s. Stay clear of this place
