This is literally the worst ran business in general. Always takes 30 plus minutes just to get your order, and it is always 100% wrong. I am very aware that this is a fast food restaurant, but I mean seriously??? How is every single employee so incompetent that you can’t even make 2 burgers that are ordered the exact same way, made completely different????? Corporate might as well cut their losses and close this location.

Terrible place to be a customer, but probably an awesome place to work. I tried to use the drive thru but nobody spoke up for a solid minute. So I went inside to see what was going on. I saw a bunch of people with their arms folded who looked like they’d been waiting awhile. Maybe this was ok back when fast food was cheap, but now that these places charge as much as sit down restaurunts they’ve essentially asked to be held to a higher standard. But I suppose whoever manages this place has lower standards than me. Judging by how relaxed and aloof the employees are, I bet people LOVE working there. Lots of down time and no pressure to satisfy the customer.

I went tonight through the drive-through and placed a mobile order. The people there were so kind and put a lot of effort into making sure my food came out fresh and Quickly. I know that freshness can sometimes be compromised late at night in the drive-through, but they made sure to make my food fresh. I really appreciate their kindness and nice attitude.

This is the worst place to have a quick bite to eat when it’s somewhat late they can never and I mean never get the order right tonight milkshakes were completely melted and faint my whole order was completely wrong I gave the place many chances but I will never waste!!!! My money there again and I strongly advise anyone else to avoid this place like the plague… … oh and side note 2 years ago a drive thru worker actually stole the numbers off my friends credit card and purchased $200 dollar pair of shoes.

Fries were soggy. An advertising campaign that stated they were better then McDonald’s lol. I have work in the fast food industry for over 30 years and I wouldn’t serve this food to a dog. I ordered 4 1/2 pound double cheeseburgers and receive 4 Junior one patty cheeseburgers. They argued about the order being correct. We stupidly excepted the order HAHAHAHA DROVE four minutes to the house and this is what we received. This would be funny except every single time we go there there is an issue. It’s just pathetic when you can’t get a plain cheeseburger with nothing on it cooked wrapped up and put in a bag. Pitiful.
