Absolutely horrible service. Not only did it take 3 employees to understand I wanted a number 3 with potato’s and a number 4 with fries, after pulling up to the window I see every employee on their phone. Then I recieved the wrong order still after 3 people asked what it was that I wanted, and had to pull around through the drive through to go inside. After going inside I was told I had to wait 5 minutes which turned into 10 before receiving the proper food. Not only did they get the order 3 people had to clarify wrong, they completely forgot my extra biscuits. I will never be coming back.

Lanisha was very disrespectful. I came to get an oured that was replaced with another order that was just terrible. Whoever wrote down my order wrote it down incorrectly. So I returned back to the store with soggy boxes, untouched crumbled biscuits and offered sauce. She refused to remake my food, so I had to pay for food. This location is just terrible.

Went in there to pick up my online order. Was to given a bunch of attitude by the person behind the counter about how it wasn’t ready. They were on their personal cell phone the entire time talking about some personal drama. They threw stuff in a bag and never acknowledged me with a ‘Hello’ or ‘Thank You’. It’s unbelievable that service the this poor is allowed to exist at any business.

I was there last night (Jan 27th @ 720pm) to order food. I stood at the counter and was blatantly ignored by the staff while they just walked by me multiple times without being greeted. That was the poorest service I’ve ever gotten, so I had to leave the store and go to the one on locust and main to order my food. At that store I got my order and my food all within 3 minutes. I will not be returning to the west Kimberley store again.

Went through the drive through, told it would be 6 mins for original crust, ok, no problem. I waited out front for 10 minutes, nothing, no one came out. I went in and was told well it would be 13 more minutes as they ran out of original. (No cars ahead of me when I originally went through and only 3 pulled up after). I was asked do you want crispy on the breasts, we have that ready. No, I want regular, pause…asked again..WELL? Will you take crispy? NO! Then you’ll have to wait we had a lot of orders before you! I asked why did you say 6 mins? No answer!
Will, not go back!!! Customer service was an embarrassment. No apology or anything! So very sad!

Ordered KFC from the Davenport, IA location with delivery from Door Dash. We order fried chicken and get no napkins. We order mashed potatoes and gravy and we weren’t given any utensils to eat with.
Finally, the quality of the chicken was horrible. I had the honey BBQ chicken and my wife had the extra crispy. My BBQ sauce was different from other locations it tasted off and the chicken had the smell as if it were covered by a dirty dish towel for an extended period of time.
My wife’s chicken tasted burned or cooked too long as did the hot wings.
KFC isn’t cheap … save your money and don’t order from this location.

Kfc is my favorite fast food chain. This location messed up 2 out of 3 orders. Ordered white meat crunchy on one order got dark meat. Ordered original on 2nd order and got more crispy crap for myself. Sent wrong pieces and wrong type. Ordered online for delivery. Won’t ever order from here again!

I got here around like 8-9pm or something and got some chicken tenders n fries meal. The chicken did not seem fresh, the fries definitely weren’t, and the mtn dew tasted terrible. There’s no way they’re cleaning equipment properly like they’re supposed to. I asked for extra crispy tenders which most assume means cook longer but they said they only have 1 type and I wasn’t in the mood to educate or argue.
