Low key wanted to apologize to the crew for coming here on my lunch break and interrupting whatever they were doing to order my lunch. I ordered a baked potato. It was so cold the butter isn’t even melting, Lol! Wish i could attach photo. And the burnt bacon?! Thought i was being punked! My fries were cold as heck as well. Hubby ordered chili and was barely room temp. During the week this is a great place for a baked potato. Guess the weekend crew has other ambitions to be on their phones as much as possible.

I visit this location often, but my experience on 1/5 was extremely disappointing. I had a simple order, but received someone else’s order, and the food wasn’t fresh. The service at the window was very poor the staff didn’t greet me or offer any courtesy, just handed over the food and closed the window. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location.

If I’m a dinosaur, forgive me! But I remember when Wendy’s burgers were fresh and juicy!!! Not dry and chewy!!! I just think paying over $6 for a burger It should be made right. Yeah the toppings were there But the main thing is the meat, THE MEAT! The patties should be warm and fresh and juicy, But it was not!!!

EDIT: CAME BACK TWO YEARS LATER. THE PICS OF THE FLOOR SHOULD GIVE YOU AN INDICATION OF THE SERVICE. NO IMPROVEMENT WHATSOEVER. (This is the old review >>>>) The front counter guy should not be working a register. One of the employees walked out with his pants around his bottom. The fries were cold. No chocolate frosty available. The counter guy then went to the lobby where he proceeded to lay down in a booth. Everything about this location is in trouble. Just close down. It would be less embarrassing.

Paid almost $12 for a combo only to get crusty stale bread and dried burnt burger and ketchup all over the sides of the burger. Hardly even editable. The place was not even busy as there was no one in line in front of me or behind me so they could have spent a little more extra time on making a proper hamburger.
