Sadly, I have to say that the service at this location has fallen off in the past year. Seems like there is no management present. The dine in area is rarely open. Which is one of the reasons people go to Wendy’s. Slow drive-through service and staff does not seem to care. The good thing is the food is still as awesome as it should be.

Went in to get some food and the place was filthy. My husband walks with crutches and the floor was so greasey he fell. I told the manager and she acted like it made her mad, told me she would have someone mop the floor. I would like to speak to someone from corporate but I’m sure they don’t care either.

In my opinion, Burger was raw,was told that the burger was supposed to look like that. Was asked if I wanted a refund or my order recooked,I chose the latter. Burger was dry,but was told that it would be. The lady working the drive thru gets an “A” for her respect of the customer and her professionalism. I would eat here again and stress to preparer to cook my burger a little longer.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Service was super slow, the food cold and they claimed the fries were just made. My chicken mozzarella was so hard that I couldn’t chew it. The mozzarella cheese was a half slice that didn’t cover the chicken and no sauce. I had to ask for sauce and got some ice cold from the cashier who didn’t want to help at all. The chicken nuggets were cold. when asking for a small peppermint shake, I was given a kids cup. I will not be returning here.
