I specifically stated that I have a salt allergy. While I was assured that all measures would be taken to not cross contaminate, of the fries I ordered, one carton was ever so lightly salted. The salt had not been blatenly added, but somehow a very light dust of salt was noted on the fries about midway down. I gave them to another member in the car who confirmed there was most certainly salt. This happens to me from time to time, but when I specifically ask, and the waiter promises that there will not be any problems, it is very disappointing when communication breaks down between them. I understand that they are busy, but if they say no salt, then there should be precautions in place to ensure there is no salt added when a customer request for no salt. I had not eaten all day due to a long travel. To get back on the highway, and find that I cannot even eat the food I just paid for, is very disappointing. If the other fry I had ordered had of been contaminated, I would have probably turned around and went back to ask for a refund inspite of my extreme fatigue.

This Chick-fil-A is located in the hospital food court and it’s very loud and there’s a lot of people sometimes you stand in line a long time it’s easier if you go right before lunch all right before dinner to be able to beat the rush.

I was visiting the sick and shut in but actually wanted to take them a meal as well. I was first of all mislead from the cashier that assured me that I would get my points. It was the wrong answer once I called the corporate office. My food and the patients food was cold the entire meal was a disappointment. It doesn’t compare to any chicken fil a I’ve went to and all my food was cold and the drinks were hot. I’ve called but no answer. The wrong information given to your customers is a BIG NO NO. I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. This was at the hospital but the staff was not in compliance and never washed their hands I watched 2 leave the store and came back into the store touching doors and whatever and started to work with the food. I’m glad I was not with DHEC. I will be calling tomorrow. Be careful when you are there.

The classic sandwich is still one of the best fast food options you can get. The size portions seem to have been getting smaller each time I go. This, plus the ridiculously long double drive thru line trailing out into highway, makes this an easy pass on most days.
