Longest! Waits! Ever! They unfortunately have a captured audience being in the hospital. I’m stuck here and don’t have any other real choices. I went there twice today. TWICE! And both times left after paying for my food because I couldn’t wait any longer for my food. Refund? Nope.

Make sure they know what they are doing. Messed up with the transaction (I tried to use vouchers whatever nurses gave me and I warn her about it) and she put 2 orders on 1 voucher and said she couldn’t use the second one, and when I said u messed up and you need to fix that , she said she could not do it, and other lady was standing next to her asked me to culm down. If I knew that their customer service skills are too poor will never go there.
Not recommended to go there especially if you are here in the hospital for few days and already tired. Customer service is bad. Because of their unprofessional bad skills they are trying to make u feel guilty. Asked for grilled chicken nuggets and u can see on picture what they are gave me.

I tried to eat at this Chick-Fil-A but had a bad experience. I placed an order for a regular chicken sandwich meal and was given a Spicy Hot chicken sandwich.
I am not able to tolerate hot or spicy foods at all. I took one bite and didn’t realize it was spicy until I was already swallowing. My mouth to my stomach was on fire and my Sprite couldn’t put out the fire!
I took it back to the counter and told them what they did and they were apologetic, which I appreciated, and gave me the correct sandwich. The manager did jump on the cooks in the back for putting the wrong item in the wrong slot, but that still didn’t put out the fire in my mouth.
My tastebuds were now so numb that I couldn’t taste anything. I had to take the meal home to rewarm and eat later. And everyone knows that rewarmed fries are just not good at all. And the chicken sandwich was a little too greasy.
While this Chuck-Fil-A is in a good place at the Prisma Hospital dining center, it lacks a lot to become like all the other great Chick-Fil-A restaurants that I have visited.
Also the prices at Chick-Fil-A restaurants have gotten way too high!

My family member is a patient here and my sister gave us chic Fe la gift cards to help us as we stay long hours BUT I discovered they don’t accept gift cards WHY????? CASH was paid to chic Fe la for them so ridiculous and a shame
