I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order.
The fries were oily and stale, and the burgers were prepared incorrectly. I specifically requested no condiments, yet they were included. I also ordered a Big Bacon Classic, but the bacon was missing.
In addition, all three orders of nuggets and five orders of fries were excessively oily, as if they had been left sitting for an extended period or cooked improperly. This reflects a lack of attention to food quality and order accuracy.
Overall, the experience showed a total lack of care in preparation and service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed to prevent similar issues in the future.

Gave this Wendy’s a second chance after getting a cold spicy chicken last time. I specifically asked for both spicy sandwiches to be made fresh. Instead, the cashier had an attitude and they tried to hand me old food again. When I asked for fresh ones, the manager — supposedly named Sarah (she wouldn’t even give her name at first) — was extremely nasty and kept lying. Another employee even admitted they just re-wrapped old chicken instead of remaking it.
Wendy’s needs to do better. If someone is in management, they should know that if I’m spending my money, I deserve what I’m paying for — not attitude and dishonesty.

They closed the lobby a bit before 9 and I was on a 15 minute break proceeded to take 10 minutes in drive threw and when I needed to cancel my order and asked how the manager got aggressive with her words and also forgot I could hear here when talking to other associates. When I came back because she couldn’t give a refund bc I placed it on the app I did ask her how she told me to figure out myself, I just simply asked for the food and she said no… I deadass payed I’m a manger too and I know it’s not that hard. It really isn’t especially when you know someone has paid for it. I do have a video of the voice conversation of her telling me no bc that is just weird. I showed the girl I was still in work clothes and everything and my timer to go back to work and proof I was getting clocked on the clock

I recently had the absolute worst experience at Wendy’s, and I don’t even know where to start. First, the service was atrocious—rude, inattentive, and slow. It took nearly 30 minutes to get my food, and when it finally arrived, it was a disaster. The burger was cold, the patty was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, and the lettuce was wilted and slimy. The fries were soggy and undercooked, completely inedible. To top it off, the restaurant was filthy. Tables were covered in crumbs and trash, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Even the drink machine was out of half the options, and what was available tasted watered down.
The worst part? When I politely brought up the issues to the staff, they barely acknowledged me and acted like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, no effort to fix the order—just attitude.
I left hungry and angry, and I will NEVER go back. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. It’s a total nightmare.
And my sons burger was still RAW

Incredibly slow.
Waited in the drive thru for 10 min before going inside. Was then forced to use a very slow kiosk as no one was working the register.
Two employees did have five minutes to chat with another patron instead of taking orders, filling orders, cleaning, or anything useful.
Overall it’s 25 minutes I’ll not get back. Won’t make the mistake twice, recommend you don’t make it either.

Review 10/2019:
We come to this Wendy’s every now and again. We had a fairly large order with 12 sandwiches and 6 fries. The girl taking our order sounded defensive and short when, we asked to update our order. We waited from start to finish from placing our order to getting our order almost 45 minutes. By the time we got our food, the sandwiches and fries were barely warm.
I’m not sure if, this location has such an issue most of the time.
Update 08/01/20:
I found out that Wendy’s serves breakfast. I went this morning and placed our order for our large family. 8 breakfast baconator sandwiches, 2 Maple bacon croissants and seasoned potato wedges. The sandwiches & potatoes were made fresh and were nice and hot. I would highly recommend ordering the breakfast items. They are very good. I give the food and service 5 stars on this visit.

Always missing food from my order whenever I come here. The atmosphere and the employees are definitely not a redeeming factor by any stretch of the imagination, either.

Did a mobile order got in line at the drive thru it was only me and one other car when I got to the service window to get my food I received my bags and one drink when I ordered two. I asked for extra ghost pepper with my card in hand ready to pay when a employee state the sauce is 65 cent each as he said it with a attitude as if my sauce caused the back up in the line. After receiving the extra sauce I paid for I told them I’m still missing a drink the guy at the window say you’ll have to loop around and I said I already ordered it the proceed to give me my drink after finding out there mistake. The whole time they were making side comments to one another and the lady who gave me my drink said have a good day filled with satire . Hope mills Wendy’s talk to your people I could have been very out of pocket but stayed polite. Tell your people to read the receipt for the order if they are backed up to get the line on the move
