Was skeptical dining here because of the bad reviews but I was extremely satisfied! Met was smiling faces, my food was made hot, fresh and quick. Restaurant and bathrooms are spotless. Love to see a 98.5 sanitation score.

These ladies are disgusting. They messed my order up. Instead of making me another sandwich she grabbed my sandwich out of my hand and opened it to add what they left out. But it had other sauces on it that I asked not to add she didn’t care then I was supposed to have Bbq and we’ll just look at the photos.

I received my 5 dollars change in quarters. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich plain with Asiago cheese and a sprite. I got a standard spicy chicken sandwich with tomato mayo and lettuce with no cheese. I waited 15 minutes in drive thru. It took the dude almost 5 minutes to get me my change. The worker seemed to have no decorum or respect or care. I have worked at multiple Wendy’s locations in the past and this dude should be fired. Honestly this place seems to be ran terribly. They should make me the owner and I’ll fire all the incompetent people.

Honestly they shouldn’t have shut the other location down because this one deserves nothing but the dirt the built the building on. It doesn’t matter how many tries you give them nothing is ever right. They constantly give out the wrong order to DoorDash and have you wait for food that comes incorrect and cold. Along with incorrect orders and terrible food quality on multiple occasions they had no soap or hand sanitizer in the bathroom. Multiple hairs in the food and no real customer service. It gets to a point.

Horrible experience, first the employees had an attitude like they hated life, and then get home and first bite of the burger and this is what I get. How careless can they be to leave the plastic hook to close the bread INSIDE the burger. Ridiculous! This happened tonight, needless to say I’m never going back there again. Be careful! Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. All 3 cars ahead of my were completely serviced before my order was even taken at the speaker. When my online order was not able to be found, the team leader never offered to take my verbal offer and just let me continue to sit in line until I asked if my order could be taken. There was no sense of urgency to assist or be timely with providing service. Many customers behind me left the restaurant because they were tired of waiting.

Absolutely horrendous experience at this Wendy’s. The employee at the drive-thru window was beyond unprofessional yelling at customers, screaming, and just being outright nasty. I’ve never seen someone act so entitled and rude while on the job. She refused to serve people properly, spoke down to customers like they were beneath her, and made the entire experience completely unbearable.
This level of behavior is completely unacceptable in any service industry. No one should have to deal with someone who clearly has no regard for basic courtesy or customer service. Management needs to take immediate action this employee should not be allowed to continue working here. I will never return and strongly advise others to think twice before coming to this location.

Terrible experience at the drive-thru. The lady was rude, told me I couldn’t order more than 3 meals, the wait was forever, and the food still came out cold. Leave it to the high school kids, but if you’re grown making $14/hr or whatever it is, at least do the job without an attitude. The franchise owner needs to fire that whole crew and start fresh, because this team ain’t it. I went on Aug. 21, 2025, at 3:10 PM so check the schedule if you want to know exactly who was working.
