I drove across town to this location and will never return back. First of all I ordered spicy nuggets not only do I receive a regular 10 piece nugget but a bone in it. Extremely unsanitary and dangerous imagine had I swallowed WHATEVER THAT IS.. I tried to call five times no answer this is unacceptable and gross to say the least.

Food is always wrong or cold the cashier tall black person Shawanda has a very nasty attitude . Be mad at yourself for flipping burgers boo. Not at the customers. Asked for a jbc and chicken sandwich with the $8 biggie bundle got neither one. Smh service is never what you order here.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s! From the looks of Google reviews along with many others who have visited this location! For starters, the young Latino lady at the front should be fired immediately! I ordered a Dave’s single combo & the fries were not in the bag. I asked the latino lady for my fries. She continued with an attitude that I had not paid for fries. At this point, I got a little loud & told her that their employee made a mistake. She kept the sorry attitude & tried to get me to pay for an order of fries. I guess customers are no longer right at this location anyway. However, I told her I would leave a nice review so here it is. BEWARE!!!!

They never have chili. I don’t think they even make chili here anymore. Mumble at the drive through to the point you can’t understand them. Takes over 30 minutes to go through drive thru if there is more than 2 cars. Order a spicy chicken sandwich and get a crispy chicken sandwich. I love wendys when it is good.. this location should considering closing for good.

Pure disappointment! To be rude for no reason is beyond me. No hello and they dont even give you what you paid for. Do not waste your time or money. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They need training from the manager down. He is the rudest of all.

WORST WENDYS EVER…. There’s a rude old man, that can barely move, cook, or hand out drinks without almost falling over! I felt bad at first but then he had the audacity to be RUDE at the window… I told him he was being rude and his response was “i’ll show you rude”. I was just trying to pick up uber eats orders and they took over an hour long! This caused them to be working past close and he kept saying “I don’t know why you’re in my drive thru my drive thru been closed for 45 mins” … If the order was placed before close you make it and move on! They were extremely high paying orders so I wasn’t canceling them! He needs to be fired…

This location gets the Jr Hamburger wrong every single time without fail, even when reordered. Its beyond belief. The junior hamburger does NOT come witch cheese, but they will add it every time no matter what. Its the most ridiculous thing ive ever experienced. I have reordered it 3x in a row on the same day and got it wrong every time, eventually giving up and getting a refund. They always remove the onions and lettuce upon request, but mysteriously add cheese every time. I am lactose intolerant and can’t eat it. I dont mean this as an insult but it seems that the workers are just dumb people. I assume it is horribly unclean inside as well.

It was too much going on in there, fights were about to break out with the manager. They messed my food order up. It was just horrible. One of the workers weren’t wearing gloves while handling the food. Never again!

There was no chili, and slow drive up service. There was only one car before mine and I still had a long wait. It’s terrible service. And the only reason I go for is the chili and of course they don’t have any!
