Wish the old black man working drive through had put even half the effort into making sure our order was right as he was putting into hitting on the teenage black girl standing next to him. Was given the incorrect drinks and missing nuggets from our combo meal. We live a mile away from this location and yet regularly drive to the Indian trail location whenever we want Wendys because the service here is ALWAYS so bad

This place is terrible. I got the oldest spicy nuggets ever. I called to speak with a manager, no answer. I asked for fresh food and those workers didn’t follow my command. Don’t eat at this nasty unprofessional place. Shut them down

Service at every fast-food restaurant is rapidly declining, including this location. Food is usually just warm, not hot. Burgers put together sloppily. Nothing special but still better than a certain other chain that begins with “M.”

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews in fact this is my first time leaving a review honestly terrible experience. I placed a carry out order it said it was ready got there was told my food was still being made waited 30 minutes to get just my food after the fact that it said it was ready the cashier told me to wait because I was missing something waited another 40 minutes or so to get my drinks finally went back home and looked thru my order and I was missing half of my order i honestly couldn’t believe it I went back and just for half of my order it took 56 minutes by the time I got my food the 2nd time it was cold and nasty to say the least this is completely unacceptable needless to say I won’t be going back here anymore.

whoever was working feb 2nd in the afternoon, what was the point in not doing my order right, I paid money for the food I wanted yet when it arrived half the shit was missing. then when I called nobody answered almost as if they knew what they did. super unprofessional

It seemed to be the manager, talking on the phone at the front counter. The bathrooms were super dirty, drink machine didn’t have any drinks, and one of the burgers I ordered was not fully cooked. I am not the type of person to leave reviews but I was so disappointed they I had to.

I need to stop coming here. Every time I visit this location, the service is either in chaos or The attitude is as if they’re doing me a favor. I asked for a sweet tea today. Half and half. And what I got was a very sweet tea. But it was so sweet and it had that flat taste that artificial sweeteners have. Does Wendy’s even carry sugar-free tea? Anyway, just wasted $3 on a medium iced tea that I can’t drink.

I’ve noticed some chain restaurants are better than their other counterparts. I have to say, this was one of them. Even others with whom I dined that day noticed. From the cashier who went above and beyond to the cook whose attention to detail made the burger even better, I was totally impressed!

I went there at 7:15 before work to get breakfast and the lady in the drive thru was being extremely rude and was telling me that they do not open till 7:30 when the app says 6:30. They need to change the hours in the app or something. I was not happy with how the lady was treating me. The service here is so bad as someone who has only worked food service/customer service.

I went through drive-thru around 11:30 pm. When I arrived I was the 2nd car in line. I waited for about 5 minutes in the same spot. The car in front of me ended up pulling away due to no one taking their order. When I pulled up to the speaker she immediately asked what she could get for me. I was unsure at the time and she presumed to catch a really nasty attitude. I ordered $30 worth of food. For my self and 2 others. After ordering both individuals asked was I still going to be serviced here because of her gloomy attitude. I was so hungry so I decided why not. Unfortunately that should have been my first red flag. When I arrived to the window the transaction was normal. The lady in the window attitude was not bad but you could tell that she was a little irritated. She did “jokingly” say “ on me I’m not taking no more orders tonight we’re closed” with the drive-thur window open and the line building up outside. When I received my food I did check the bag for my sauce and I did noticed that I did not receive a fork. I ordered chili cheese fries and typically it should come with a fork in the bag. So I sat and waited on her to come back to ask for a fork. It did not take long for her to come back but when I asked for the fork she and a few others employee were looking out the window as if I was asking for free food. Once I left I did check the actual food in the bag. The combo I ordered for myself was a 10 piece chicken nugget combo and a side of chili cheese fries. I received a 7 piece chicken nugget combo with shredded cheese fries. The nuggets were thrown in the bag and ALL the food was cold. Now I did not go back simply because of how bad her attitude was. I just preferred to speak with their manager in the morning. I stayed calm the entire process although I was very disappointed in this service. I thought that I would be able to speak with someone in the morning but unfortunately no one has answered any of my call. Corporate is closed as well.
