The service at this wendy’s is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s a fast food restaurant, so my expectations are already low, but how anyone has their job there is beyond me. 40 minutes for our food (not a complicated order – 2 combos, 2 kids meals) is insane. And then to have over half the order incorrect is crazy. I wish I could say it’s only happened once, but it’s almost every time we’re there. The staff has an attitude when asked to fix the mistake, and genuinely acts like they don’t care. We won’t be going back. Even McDonalds somehow has higher standards than this Wendy’s.

I had seen that they had just opened a new Wendy’s near my house and decided to check it out one night. Sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes before I was even able to place my order. There were only 6 cars ahead of me when I got there. Even once I got to the order sign I still sat for another 10 minutes. Very disappointing. If this Wendy’s wants to stay in business they need to hire more people asap. Fast food is supposed to be fast. That’s the whole point.

On 4-17-23 around 8- 8:30pm went to get dinner dining room was closed went through drive-through,was told that there was no chili no Jr Frosty’s ,no bake potatoes ordered the single hamburger combo with no cheese, extra pickles and mayo. They gave me a single burger that had been sitting for probably a hour or more . The meat was hard the burger was cold not fresh, ..asked for a lemonade, got water down sugar water. The employees were more worried about closing the restaurant down and leaving , then serving the customers and doing their job properly if not all the employees. Specially the woman at the drive-through should be fired. Wendy’s is losing money because of employees like that I will not be back for a while. I end up giving my burger to my yorkie dog and she only ate the meat end up going over to McDonald’s and got fresh food a hot fresh burger…

Drive thru service; no receipt, had to go in because one burger missing and fries cold. Got home – Baconator was cold, so much mayo the bread was soaked thru and two burnt small fragments of bacon was a complete joke! Bacon was more like jerky! I threw the sandwich in the trash – where it belonged. Obviously the staff doesn’t care about what they prepare and serve so Don’t waste your money!

I Left my card at the wendsys overnight on accident, I woke up the next day to find a 200$ charge to my card from Fashion Nova and ANOTHER charge for 50$ from Uber eats! Ridiculous! This charge was 100% from an employee because I was able to retrieve the card the next morning and all transactions were done through the drive through. The works are crooks and thieves, not to be trusted be safe y’all!

Don’t know what has changed about the hamburger buns, but they taste awful! Also, the Frosty’s aren’t frozen as they have been in the past. They are half melted when you get them. No longer going to Wendy’s, as the three location we frequent have the same problem.

Great place besides frosty machine down but Mr N.Rivers on night shift was such a pleasure, the other young man Jay was a trip and made the tension light due to previous customer they had. the Manager Tiffany in training seemed a bit tired and working with young high school kids will do that to the beat of managers, best believe I know. Excuses aside, she could have been a bit more attentive and at least said good job to the young man, but all and all very nice and respectful people. Mr. Rivers went above and beyond! In a generation where manners don’t receive enough recognition, this young man deserves it. Fast food comments shouldn’t always be when ppl get their food wrong or free food. Praising workers would help the shortage. Just sayin
