The people are polite and have never given any issue on custom orders. The drive thru line can get long at lunch time but the lobby is quick. This is probably the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve been to.

I love getting the $4.and some change bag they have. Sometimes I get the $5 one. That fills me up. Great price for someone who can’t afford to eat out and the food is WONDERFUL always GREAT service at this location in York, SC. I have been to others and they are either on a break and I have to go somewhere else or the food is just tossed together and falling off the bun. I have not had that at the York, SC location so it’s the only Wendy’s that I eat at. Keep up the great work to everyone who makes my experiences so GREAT!

Food was good, it was busy but went fast enough. The review is about the manager that was there this morning and the guy in drive thru. Too long to explain here but the guy in drive thru was doing his best to help the front and cleary didn’t understand what the manager was telling him to do (tbh what he said is exactly what the employee was trying to do according to how he said to do it so I didn’t understand either) but the manager got loud and rude with the employee instead of actually explaining it correctly he just got upset and made a scene. He just got louder and louder and looked like a fool and the poor employee was trying his hardest to figure out what the guy wanted. It was awful to witness. To the manager please do better because that’s not acceptable

Rarely has the food not been up to standard. I’ve not seen a time where workers weren’t handling business in my visits. Always clean, including bathrooms, & the staff hasn’t been rude in my experience which matters to me, though one seems kinda cold but I think that may be due to others being so friendly she seems cold but even she wasn’t rude. Just not much to say concerning small talk.

I did not go in, I used the drive thru. I was surprised at how dirty the drive through window was…..and I don’t just mean the window…it looks like multiple spills have happened out that window….it even smelled gross. The window and the wall below it needs to be power washed. I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to eat the food because I was so grossed out by the unsanitary condition. I was starvin Marvin so I gave it a shot. I was actually pleasantly surprised. The burger was fresh and hot. Food was good….but I would never go back because of the filthy state of the drive thru.

Went here today and the person on speaker sounded very rude. I asked was he ok, he said no. I was like oh ok!? I asked for Fanta orange he even asked me twice. He gave me sweet tea. He was very…. Discombobulated. But, this fool never handed me my credit card back and I’m home calling with the phone off the hook! Now I have to drive all the way from Charlotte to Belmont! Pissed is not the word!!!! Oan he was a Caucasian male which appeared to be the manager. He was very distracted! I’m so mad right now!!! I just got my credit card in the mail this week and it was to hold me down for the week!! I’ve never had a cashier- a manager at that not hand me back my card! I even let him slide with the attitude and rudeness being I was doing my Amazon route and had my kids so it really didn’t phase me but this! This is absurd! I live by concord- no answer so u know yeah!!

I ordered a classic chicken pretzel sandwich, when I got to the window to pay I didn’t get acknowledged someone just popped out with my food and took my card. My order was not close to correct, I think I received a burger version but they forgot all the extras for the pretzel burger. It’s all Wendy’s locations have been dropping the ball consistently.

Good grief! Went for breakfast and the employees are absolutely miserable. The only reason I give it two stars is because at least the food was fresh. You guys really need to work on your customer service.
