I went thru the drive thru after picking up my gorgeous pekingese pups. I ordered the #2 son of the baconnator medium (can’t get it in small, I tried). The lady on the speaker and at the window (same woman) was extremely rude. I ordered a diet Dr Pepper with my meal and she says “you ordered a regular one” as she snatched it to redo it. Fries were old and cold the baconnator was great!

Employees are not nice, just like robots, they don’t make you feel welcome. The bathroom is NASTY and there’s and old-looking handwritten sign in front of the cashier saying they are out of cheese, bacon and chili but they will charge you same price. I would definitely won’t come back to this location.

So glad I got lost and ended up at this Wendy’s! Absolutely the freshest food I’ve had at a Wendy’s establishment. The workers are friendly and had my food out quickly. Even the items in the bags were neatly packed and organized. I was shocked, my sandwich actually looked like the photo! Next time I’m down south, I will be purposely getting lost just to visit this location again!

My salad wasn’t prepared right two nights in a row. They left out chicken nuggets from our order. My suggestion check your food before you go because cooks are careless and have little to no oversize. The cashier was Friendly and polite

So, we use to go to Wendy’s at this location often. But, the customer service became so bad we stopped. Wendy’s is my husband’s favorite place to eat. So tonight we decided to give it a shot. Well, the inside was closed (which) is fine. So the drive thru we went. We waited 7 mins no one ever came over the speaker. So, I called the restaurant! The guy that answered was very nice and apologized. But, it still took two minutes for someone to come over the speaker. So, we placed our order. Pulled up to the first window and paid. Got to the 2nd window, was asked to pull up it would be a 2 minutes wait. Everyone after us got their food. 15 mins later still no food. Finally 25 minutes later we get our food as they are closing the restaurant. Our food was very sloppy and one of the chicken sandwiches were not even wrapped up it was just thrown in the bag and was just sitting on top of the other food with the wrapper crumbled up beside of it. We waited 25 minutes for our food. We pulled in Wendy’s at 9:25 and pulled out at 10pm. The restaurant was not busy when we pulled up we were the only ones in line. We only ordered 3 $5 big bags.
