It took 30 minutes to get our food. We received a third of our order. We had to tell the cashier 6 separate times what we were missing. Pretty sure he was high. Awful service. Avoid at all costs. Never going back.

Waited 17 mins for a biggie bag. Recording a guy back there working with no hair net or gloves fixing the drive thru food. Digging in his beard. The cashier just playing around then one of her friends comes up and order behind us and complains how slow she and get her food before us. After for refund manager says… “ you order was next” then reaches in jar and gave me verses doing a proper refund. Now may bag was 7plus tax she give me 6 and some change. 0 stars. Horrible customer service. Cold food. You wait at the counter for well over 5 minutes before they even address you. Attitudes through the roof. Literally looked me in the eye then smiled at her coworker. Stop at Bojangles next door or grab a hot dog at the Speedway for better food and service.

I was in the drive thru and he took my phone for Apple Pay (normal) but didn’t give it back for a minute or 2 until the food was ready. When I got my phone back instagram was open. This is a huge invasion of privacy. Too too it off service was bad. But who cares really @ a Wendy’s…. I care about the invasion on my privacy. Extremely disturbing

I would avoid this place. The people at the drive through have an attitude and the food is terrible. The burger was more lettuce and mayo the burger. It was not edible and the fries were cold and dry.

Got there at 150am, 10 mins before close and they said their system froze up 5 minutes earlier and couldnt take orders. Now if you closed early due to no business? Just say so.

Went through drive thru- ordered a $6 bacon double stack bag- when got home, no bacon/ just double hamburger. Also there were only 3 nuggets- supposed to be 4. They mess up a lot…How you repeat order back and still give wrong stuff? Not first time a Wendy’s has done this. Also didn’t get the sauces I asked for- had put 2 other kinds in bag. Disappointed for last time. Not worth the come back.

Came through the drive-through to grab a chicken sandwich before work. After I waited for almost 30 minutes I was serve this. Unfortunately, I consumed a buy or two of the raw chicken. Took it back and showed the manager. She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted another one. Hahaha. I’ll be speaking to a lawyer about this
