I love this Starbucks, it’s my favorite location and the people there are so so sweet. I made a mobile order but got into a car accident on the way so I couldn’t pick it up. They offered to make it for me another day, they were so sweet and understanding and my drink was so good ❤️ my drinks are always good here and anytime I’m having a bad day Starbucks always makes it better

I had a really rough week, and Cameron working the night shift completely turned it around. He was so kind and genuinely took the time to have a conversation with me. I didn’t just get a cup of coffee, I got a moment of human connection that meant a lot. Cameron made my night, and I’m really grateful for his kindness. Starbucks needs more people like him.

Honestly, the coffee is mostly decent, but the folx at the drive thru are not friendly or helpful. It’s pretty frustrating to feel constantly rushed or dismissed at one of our favorite places. I wish this was something that could be addressed. Today in particular, whomever is at the window simply cannot be bothered.

I revisited this Starbucks after a while, and I have to say, it was a much better experience this time around. My previous visit left me dissatisfied, but they truly exceeded my expectations with the flavor and taste of the coffee. Despite the busy crowd, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my coffee within just 5 minutes. Impressive turnaround!

Update: so I was curious after they told me it was a known corporate issue and it was the powder so I went to another Starbucks to test it out. They had no issues mixing the matcha well. The next set of photos is from that Starbucks.

I have been getting matcha here for a couple years and the quality has gone downhill. I asked why it was clumpy and their reasoning was corporate and the powder and she just shrugged and said they can’t do anything about it. When I mentioned I have been getting match here for years and it was never this bad she said, “well we can try to remake it for you.” I won’t be coming back. Black rifle, Scooters and Dunkin’ Donuts actually mixes their matcha.

I’ve come to this location and had my drink made with no issues, but I will say the customer service I’ve received at this particular location is the absolute worst. They don’t greet anyone that walks through the door nor don’t have smile on their face whatsoever. They give off mean girl attitude every time I come through this location. I’m not sure if they pick and choose who they want to be nice to but I don’t think that’s how Starbucks works. All I see them do is talk to each other on their headsets and don’t bother looking up when someone enters the facility. Also aren’t the baristas suppose to write a personal message on each cup? Because the last few times I’ve gone through I haven’t gotten any writing on my cup not even a smiley face…

I ordered a dry cappuccino grande with an extra shot of expresso. I sent it back because the weight was heavy. Dry means strong expresso in the bottom, foam on top I picked up the “redone” cup and it was somewhat lighter. I got home to enjoy my dry cappuccino to find out 1) barely any coffee expresso at all 2) taste light weak warm milk I am so disappointed. I wished I would have checked it before I left your store It is NOT a dry cappuccino with an EXTRA shot of expresso. I started drinking Starbucks long ago in Seattle. Please train your barista’s to get it right

If you’re going to be a barista, your customer service should always be number one on your list. You are one of the first interactions people have in the morning so for your attitude to be heard before I even get to the window is ridiculous. This location has sloppy and rude customer service. People need to start realizing that not everyone is going to just pay for crappy service and be okay with that. Not the first time we’ve had this happen.

Went to this location for a coffee date with a friend. We sat outside on the patio in the morning. The staff was so kind to bring our drinks and food order to us outside. Because we were dining in we got large glass cups with our drinks. When I asked if I could get some water they brought me a large water in a to go cup. It was so nice to feel “waited” in at a Starbucks. We have done coffee dates here in the past and this was a different experience. Very nice change!
