Service was slow and they were out of strawberry lemonade, may not seem like a big deal, but was really looking forward to it. Bacon cheeseburger had bacon bits instead of actual strips. Just skip the bacon, it doesn’t add much. Otherwise burger was good.

Every time I go here they’re either out of some thing or the wait times are incredibly long. This time I got a classic chicken sandwich large combo with a large fry and a large Dr Pepper. the fries were cold and stale, and they didn’t even bother to give me a bottom bun of my sandwich.

I know this is fast food. Its not a 5-star restaurant so expectations are low but this particular Wendy’s has got to be the worst place to get food in existence. There is always 1 part of the experience thats bad and usually multiple parts. The food is rarely hot and fresh. When it is hot it takes forever. The drive-thru system isnt working half the time. This last time I went I ordered a plain double cheese burger. I was pulled forward so they could make it which is standard stuff, no big deal. The burger came out with everything on it so I asked for a new one that was plain. 15 minutes of sitting in my car, no burger. I park and go inside to remind them I exist and another 10 minutes go by, no burger. Two people cooking who are clearly in the weeds (with like 6 customers between the drive thru and inside), no one tending to the line and 2 employees in the back talking. I gave up. I had already paid but didnt care at this point. Went down the street to McDonalds. They had easily 3 times the amount of customers and I was in and out of the drive thru with correct food in 5 minutes. Lesson learned I guess. Half an hour from the time I pulled up to that window and all I had to show for it was a bottle of water. Absolute garbage even by fast food standards.

This is the worst experience I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. I normally don’t leave reviews but I sat in the drive thru for about about five minutes before my order was taken. Just as I was about to pull off, my order was finally taken. My fries were hard and cold, my burger did not have lettuce or tomato and the manager was giving me a death stare, as if I had interrupted something when I got to the window. No one said thank you and “you’re welcome.” I have pulled over into the parking to eat my food and I have watched the same cars sit in the line for about 10 minutes. 0/10 service. Shocked at the conduct of the manager.

They close down the drive thru early quite frequently. I went twice in the same week and couldn’t get salad, or potato. They told me the person who makes the salads was gone. Just slack, disinterested, and poorly run. UPDATE: NOW CLOSED.

Employees literally ignored us! The restaurant closes at 10 & at 9:40 no one spoke on the mic & said they decided to close early. Pulled to window & employees looked at us then walked away. Lady with the nappy hair in the back was the worst. She was literally at the window when we pulled up then walked away so she wouldn’t have to talk to us & told the other individual to do the same. This is my second bad experience at this location last time the card machine ‘mysteriously’ was broken an hour before closing time.

Worst grilled chicken sandwich that I have ever been served!! The chicken looked like a hockey puck…completely flattened. Dry and chewy texture. If I hadn’t been driving during 4 pm rush hour start, I would have returned. I just had a wonderfully plump, well seasoned, and juicy Wendy’s Grilled Chicken 2 days ago elsewhere. What a sad contrast! I only eat grilled chicken and it’s getting harder to find and now, it seems, that my old reliable isn’t any more. Quality control has gone to hell at this place! The only good thing was the cheery attitude of the lady at the window.

Seriously the worst Wendy’s ever. The last time I was here, they told me that they weren’t taking any orders because there was only one employee. This time, they asked that we come to order because they were working on a big order and apparently taking orders in two places was too difficult for them. Fine, we went inside, but then the supervisor had no idea Wendy’s had an app or how to scan it for points. And it took more than 10 minutes for them to scoop six nuggets and make a simple bargain cheeseburger.

It took 45 minutes to get food at the drive through when it wasn’t even busy and didn’t even get everything I paid for. Enough said? Waited in the drive through line for 15 min and was told to come inside to order. So I dragged my kids in with me and waited another 15 min to order. Waited 15 min for the food to be done. EXTREMELY UNDER STAFFED; so I can understand a lot of the short comings. However the few people that were there seemed to be perfectly ok with talking and messing around in plain view of customers as we waited over a half hour for our order which consisted of only 2 meals. I like Wendy’s food typical but once we finally got it the food gave me kinda ick feeling where you don’t want anything from there for a good while.
