I had just bought a car and I was on my way home when I dipped into a parking spot here. I was so happy and beside myself with my car purchase and I needed good grub to accompany that feeling. This Wendy’s definitely delivered with my 6 buck grab bag. The nuggets and fries were crunchy as I scarffed them down while I was checking out the engine in my new, new to me, car. So happy with both decisions that day.

Absolutely abismal customer service. Lady taking the order didn’t put in the right order, so when we mentioned it was supposed to be a large and she got what we were supposed to get, she replied with a snarky “well you didn’t pay for it.”
We bit our tongue at her comment. Everyone else in the back seemed to be nice, audibally shocked when we ordered 30 nuggets. They were also out of chocolate frosties and out of honey mustard.

I visited this location, and had a great experience I was offered the new product as well as an upsize on my meals, and because I was offered I did the up size. I was also offered dessert and might I say that cookie was so fresh I went inside and ordered 5 more and was greeted with a smile. I give this Wendy’s a 5 star rating, and will definitely return!

I know that these kind of fast food places have a hard time keeping staff and are short staffed most of the time. But it is called fast food for a reason, it is supposed to be in you hands fast. I sat in line for over ten minutes to order my food and waited for over fifteen minutes and they still got it wrong. I only ordered a burger and fries, a drink and a frosty. What I got was a bag and a frosty and drink, I pulled over in the parking lot and opened the bag and there was the burger and no fries. I got out of my car and went inside and still had to wait another five minutes to get my fries. Long story short, I spent my whole lunch getting my food. It should have taken fifteen or twenty minutes to get my food.for what they charge for food, the service should be a lot better.

This place is shit. Rude workers, except for one young gentlemen who made sure my family got we paid for. Manager had attitude at window. Refused to give us my sons happy meal saying he gave it to us. SIR YOU DID NOT! Poor management. They are never busy and yet have you pull away from the windows and wait for food as if they have a long line. No straws, sodas had no ice, sodas were out of carbonation, got the wrong frosties we asked for. They only have 1 good worker and its not the manager or the Trans. As a manager at a restaurant myself all I have to say is do better.

Waited a while at the drive through. Cars in front of me drive off, tired if waiting. I wish I’d done the same. It took a while before someone helped me at the drive in window. The food was subpar. The fries weren’t hot and had a greasy taste. I ended up tossing them. My chicken sandwich wasn’t much better. I’d be hard pressed to return.

Rude workers who give you the food they “like” instead of what you ordered. If I ordered nuggets and fries I expect Wendy’s nuggets and regular fries, not breakfast fries because yall ran out of regular ones and you like the breakfast fries better. If you ran out of regular fries then you tell the customer that at the window, and ask if they want breakfast fries instead. Wish I would’ve looked at the other reviews first because this is clearly a horrible location known for this kind of behavior.

Single worst Wendy’s experience ever. “Large fry” were half full. Soda machine broke. Frosty machine broke. Burgers so so. Men’s room no towels. Floor was sticky has heck. Do better.
