I recently visited this place and left disappointed with the overall experience. The staff behavior was unwelcoming during ordering. My order took longer than expected to prepare and the food was not so tasty. On top of that, both Dr Pepper and Diet Dr Pepper ran out of soda machine. Over all not satisfied with the place.

I placed a mobile order for the drive thru and it took one hour for one meal! People who ordered over the speaker were getting their food before me as well. The manager had absolutely no customer service skills and was just plain hard to understand, so after waiting and hour when I finally received my food he had an attitude with me as if I did something wrong. One I had finally gotten my food it was wrong and cold. The WORST restaurant experience I’ve ever had!!!

Hard sandwich and rude staff. Wouldn’t give me the honey mustard I ordered because she forgot to charge me. I ordered one per meal and we all said it. So heads up, I guess remind them to charge you?

The food is pretty good and a really good deal for the money. Nowhere else, can you get a meal for $5, albeit it’s more of a lunch size with the biggie bag. I go here maybe once a week, but the last time I went there, the tea tasted like dish water. Even after they handed me the tea in the drive through, I said, “this is sweet tea, because it doesn’t look like sweet tea”. To which I was told that it was sweet tea. So there are weird little incidents like that, but overall the experience is average and in line with other fast food places of similar caliber such as McDonalds.

Southwestern chicken salad was generous and very fresh, with plenty of guacamole, warm grilled chicken with shredded cheese, tomatoes and croutons. I especially like the spicy ranch dressing which definitely has a kick to it! Using the mobile app I had an offer for $2 off of a full salad, making this an especially good deal.

Went through the drive through to get two biggie bags and an order of buffalo nuggets. I was the only one in line. Pulled up and paid for my order and the manager directed me to pull into a parking space. I told him this place routinely screws up my order and I don’t want to pull forward. He said he just out the nuggets in the fryer and said there was another car but you couldn’t see one. 10 minutes later the guy that dropped off the food just smoked a ton of weed because I was worried if I had to go through a license check I would get searched. Order was all jacked up with spicy nuggets my kids won’t eat, the wrong sauces and those freshly dropped buffalo nuggets were ice cold. I guess that manager is more concerned with falsifying his drive through times than he is with customer service and order accuracy. There is no way he can’t smell that worker that has a pound of marijuana on him.
