Besides the miserable staff at this location that treat you like an utter inconvenience the food is the worst I’ve ever had at any location all over the world. I stopped here yesterday quickly because it was close to our hotel. The women were literally screaming at each other in the kitchen and toss my order out the window, but I only come for a frosty. Today I was in a hurry, so I returned. Same treatment from the staff and the food is absolutely atrocious. The wrap. The chicken is so dry and rock hard. I can’t even eat it and the fries are the same. It’s clear they’ve been sitting there in the bin. How long they are hard as a rock and ice cold. I should’ve just thrown my 12 bucks out the window because that’s basically what I did because I don’t have time to return to fix it and with their attitudes it’s not on the top of my list to do. As a former quality analyst and food inspector, I’m sure if I entered that kitchen, it would be shut down. Not a care for the people or the food they are serving.

They made sure that I had the freshest fries with my meal and brought it out to me a little bit later. It was probably the kindest thing anybody’s done for me in a week. That’s what real customer services about. Thank you guys so much.

Ordered via the mobile app so we wouldn’t have to wait. Still had to wait past the scheduled time, and the potato was missing. When we asked, the guy said they were out of potatoes. He did offer a substitute, but didn’t know how to give a refund. We could’ve probably pushed it and asked for a manager, but none of the crew seemed to know how to resolve it. So we just left with what we had. The food we did receive was good.

I had an exceptional experience at the Wendy’s on Aviation in Raleigh, NC. Sequoia, Charmaine, and the rest of the team delivered some of the best customer service you could ask for. Even though the grill was down and I had to place a new order, they handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Honestly, I wasn’t even mad—the way they treated me completely made up for the inconvenience. This is how customer service should be done. Shoutout to the whole crew for turning a potential issue into a great experience!

Stayed in a nearby hotel, and visited for dinner. I should have know by the empty lobby that it would disappoint! I was the only one there, with a full crew working, and they still got my order wrong! I should have checked before walking back to my hotel, but as I was very hungry, I just ate what they gave me… Oh, and it was all cold. The bun was stale, the lettuce and tomato were old and wilted, but the fries were ok! 2 stars is all they deserve..

I understand that these are trying times and inflation yada yada… but this is the saddest excuse of a spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had. The chicken (what little is there) is burnt and dried out. The bun taste as if it sat out overnight and is like a sponge when you bite into. Dave would be ashamed to put his name on something like this if he were still around.

Clean and well stocked, I’ve never had an issue of running out of ketchup or any other items. Coke Zero is a plus in my book, it would be nice if they had one of those machines where you can choose your soda and then add flavor, it’s just a standard soda dispenser. The staff is friendly and my food has always been on point.
