Just wanted some ranch for my order and they said it would cost 50 cents for each one. I tried to order it cheaper through the app as it used to be just 15 cents, but there’s no longer the option to order condiments through the app. For that I gotta leave a one star. Why make a big deal about a pack of sauce.. especially if the app doesn’t even allow me to order it ahead of time. Traps me into getting overcharged not good for Wendy’s..

I don’t normally write reviews, but enough is enough. This Wendy’s location has been consistently disappointing—whether it’s delivery, drive-thru, or going inside in person, it’s always a bad experience. For whatever reason, I’ve kept going back, hoping it would eventually get better. It never does.
They’re constantly out of something, and more often than not, the staff is rude. About a month ago, I walked in and saw the entire team gathered at a table eating chicken that had been brought over by a KFC employee (they traded meals) 5-6 staff members walked away from the registers/kitchen to eat, completely ignoring myself and the drive thru, I stood there atleast 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there.
Tonight was the last straw. I ordered dinner for myself and my son through DoorDash (I worked late and ordered around 11pm) Among the items were two Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers—just as they come, no customizations. What I got was honestly ridiculous. One had a patty, a slice of cheese, and one lonely strip of bacon. The other had two strips of bacon, but both were cold, poorly made, and just plain nasty. I’ll upload pictures and let them speak for themselves.
On top of that, this location never has Frostys. There’s always an excuse—the machine is broken, being cleaned, or “just not working.” It’s always something.
I truly hope this review helps someone else avoid the frustration I’ve dealt with time and time again. I’ve lived in the area for years and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I’m done. My advice: eat somewhere else.

Every time I go there, I order through the app and I pick up through the drive-through. The order is always correct. The food is always hot and brought to me quickly and the staff is always nice. I have never had a problem at this Wendy’s. this is one of the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. And hope the management never changes because they know what they’re doing.

I went to this location at 8:10 pm. I noticed the young lady in the window with a bright turquoise wig, leaning against the counter on her phone. One car was in front of me. Once I pulled to the speaker, the turquoise wig told me, that “unless I had a mobile order or DoorDash order, they weren’t taking anymore orders tonight.” Mind you they close at 12 a.m. So for that, they receive a one star and judging by the rating they already have, I can see why.

Hands down the best customer service, food prep and just overall experience at this Wendy’s. I was having difficulties with the app and the staff helped me promptly. They made our day with just their contagiously, awesome personalities. Karen was very helpful and personable. It’s no wonder they have so many regulars that drop in and are greeted on first name basis. They are the most keto friendly fast food chain. The fresh made keto customized Cobb salad really hit the spot.

I order the same thing everytime I go to a wendys, sour cream and chive baked potato and a large chocolate frosty. And everytime I go in a wendys im told ” that side of our machine is broken” or “we only cook 4 potatoes at a time and it’ll be 45 mins before they are done” or my favorite “we are completely out of potatoes and dont have any at all in the restaurant “. This seems to be every wendys I go to especially the one in Nashville NC. They always try to push off the vanilla frosty on me……nobody likes that one. During lunch you should be cooking more than 4 potatoes. Knightdale:no chocolate frosty.cashier was super nice though. RockyMount :disgusting won’t eat there, got an actual wet burger once. Nashville: never has potatoes and lately no frosty Wilson (raleigh rd) no chocolate frosty Wilson(small one) actually had both and it was clean and the food was good.

Quetta should be manager. Decided to eat inside (never happens but I just got my car detailed) & I’m glad we did. Eating our meal & watching her greet guests with amazing energy, cook food, clean the dining area and manage the drive-thru was inspiring. Seeing her approach to her job and to customers was really an amazing inspiration. Wendy’s needs to promote her!!!

Why even offer items on the menu if you do not i tend to serve them. Something as simple as a vanilla frosty can’t even be managed by this location. The rest of my order was just as bad with old fries and watered down chili. It was easy to see that shortcuts are being made to stretch food in order to make it last longer in order to save on having to work prepping fresh foods. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Finally, if your not going to serve an item, update your menu to reflect it, it’s not difficult.
