That is a picture of a GORDITA crunch- I got a tortilla full of lettuce, sprinkles of meat , 2 tortillas, barely cheese, I wait in front of the window for 10 mins . I am not exaggerating. I put it in the refrigerator to take to corporate. It looks nasty too. I got this around 8 PM weekday .

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for 8 years now and watched it decline. I have not had good service at this location in over a year. I only come because it’s the closest place to my house. But I haven’t been compelled to do a review till tonight. Ordered my food online, (only 2 burritos, that’s all) checked in at the drive thru and went to the window. Waited 18 minutes at the window! 18! One girl was just sweeping and the other just standing around while ONE girl was doing everything it seemed. About 10 min in I saw a bag with my name on it and watched the girl stationed at the window look right at it, look at me and then walk out the restaurant. I could see her through the other side having a smoke break. 10 more minutes later after 5 other bags have piled up and the drive thru is around the building she comes back in and yells at the girl doing all the cooking and then very rudely hand me my food. I asked for some mild sauce and she actually scowled at me while she handed it to me. I get home right around the corner from my restaurant to find my 2 burritos stone cold. And when I opened the wrapper the tortilla had stuck to the wrapper and they fell totally apart. I couldn’t even enjoy the meal I waited so long for. Absolutely awful experience.

Nobody to greet me. Trash on the floor. Dirty rags near meat station. Employees are rude and unpleasant. They don’t change gloves and they eat/drink while at their work station.

I always make the mistake of coming here because it’s the closest Taco Bell to me and they always make sure I have a uniquely bad experience. Waited 40 minutes in line for them to tell me they’re only taking DoorDash orders, tell us then…?

I probably would give minus if I could… my app tells me ready by 8:15pm, I am still waiting after 20+ minutes. Prep stations don’t seem setup properly either. Food is being thrown on table without wrappers. Doesn’t seem very sanitary.

This place completely turned it around. For those who know, they used to send everyone inside to order, would claim they were cash only, and took forever to get your food.

Now, they seem to have employees that actually do their jobs. 4 cars in front of me got their food within 2 min of ordering. Hope they keep it up.

I really love Taco Bell and eat it a lot. So I was thrilled to have one so close to my apartment. But this one is just not good. The restaurant itself is ok, and the staff for the most part is nice. But if you go inside, be prepared to wait a long time for even a simple order. But my main issue? The food. I order the same tacos every time, which comes with nacho cheese as well as shredded. I always ask for no lettuce, almost every time there is lettuce. I also always ask for extra nacho cheese cause I like cheesy tacos, I’m lucky if there is any nacho cheese on there at all, let alone extra. Done wasting my money here, I will find somewhere else for my taco fix

I’ve lived here 15 years. They’re always hiring, “food” is never consistent.. no one cares, because no one makes enough money to care. It’s like you always want it to be good and it never is… it’s not like it’s a great healthy staple, but we’re all tired and broke so we do it and we’re out here waiting 30-40min for orders… sucks.

Had a bit of a disappointment when I ordered a mango peach agua Fresca. I didn’t like it. It wasn’t stirred together and had no ice. I was told that if I wanted a different flavor I had to pay for a new one. I asked if I could get a new drink with ice and was told to pay for a new drink. That’s crazy, no ice and no customer service.

First time I came here, the service was horrible. My friends and I made multiple mobile orders and for two of our tacos, they claimed that they already made it and thought someone took it even though we were waiting inside the store and listening for names called. Even though we showed the order number and how the app said it was ready ages ago, they still claimed the same thing as if they didn’t even see the orders.

Second time I came, nobody else was in there. It is only self kiosk and the tables looked clean. I got a Crunchwrap and chicken enchilada burrito, which came in about ten minutes. The burrito could have been wrapped tighter or stuffed together more.

The only thing they did right was putting the number of sauces in. Maybe on the days I went, they had a worker shortage. There is a small parking lot at the front and a drive thru.
