The food was good. Tasted like any other Wendy’s. The girl who waited on us at the register was very welcoming and respectful. I wish I remebered her name I would’ve wrote it. But one employee was laying across two chairs with her feet on the wall. She was sitting in the front lobby where people were eating. She was looking at her phone and after a couple of minutes got up and threw up, or at least was acting like she was throwing up, in the trash can beside the drink machines. She then walked over to the chairs and laid back down. when it was time for her shift she got up and groaned. then walked back over to the same trash can and spit in it. then walked behind the counter and started her shift.

So I went to the drive thru tonight and tried to order the 99 cent chicken sandwhich that’s on their menu. The lady told me that they don’t have a sandwich for that cheap and I thought that was funny because I had one the other day from the same location. I questioned it she still said no. So I was charged $2.50 for the exact same 99 cent sandwich I got the other day. I don’t care about the money but it’s the principle that I got ripped off! I don’t want it happening to others.

Friday night….7:30, 2 customers in restaurant…takes 15 mins +++ to get the most basic of basic orders. 1 #1, 1 #2. Self service drinks and we still can’t get food in any reasonable amount of time. Could have went to a normal restaurant and got it better, faster, cheaper had i known. …finally got the food and bun was stale, meet was obviously not just made – very dry…but at least they compensated with a sloppy amount of sauces.

I had the displeasure of visiting this location. The drive-through time was very poor, and not to mention there was a manger in the front of the store smoking. I will not be revisiting this location. I ordered something simple, and it looked horrible. I simply threw it away on my way home it did not look fresh at all. Please see the attached picture

Horrible service. Went and ordered a meal and a milkshake with a diet coke and they gage us the milkshake, no diet coke or meal and charged us for the drink. went to ask about it and the staff was extremely ride about it and entitled. if you actually want your food, dont go here. Does Wendys microwave all food now? Baked potatoe taste like it was baked a week ago and reheated…nuggets were tough and tasted miowaved..fries as well. Order was incomplete initially as well and we were the only car in line.The one in Fuquay has had ongoing problems with food quality and poor service for over a year so we haven’t been back . Thought we would try Holly Springs. Seems to be a “Wendy”s problem. We wont be back there either.
