This is a nice clean Wendy’s with a delicious chicken, apple, walnut salad with pomegranate vinaigrette dressing. Yum! I was impressed with Patrick who was so nice and polite helping the people in front of me, and then helped me, too. I came to Greensboro on business today and got the salad for dinner before heading back home. The bathroom was locked so I knocked, no answer and asked Patrick if I needed a key. He was really nice and said no, so I waited and read my emails. He came to see if I got in, and I appreciated that he followed up. He got the manager who unlocked it. I’ll come back to Wendy’s for this salad—the pecans and yummy dressing makes it better than at Chick-fil-a, plus there are more Wendy’s everywhere. Glad I stopped here and thanks, Patrick!

Do you like Wendy’s? Would you like it with a terrible attitude for simple ordering food during their business hours then come on down! We stopped by at 11:15pm (they close at 12:00am) and from the start, just attitude and disdain towards me for simple ordering food off the menu with no specs. I get it. It’s fast food, they are teenagers but why such hatred towards customers that just pulled up? It’s odd. Waited forever for the food and it came out wrong and cold. I know no one cares at Wendy’s and nothing will change but that’s why Wendy’s and fast food dumps like it are going out of business and I’m here for it . I hope they put a Chic Fil-A where this Wendy’s is. Avoid at all cost. I have had a better meal at a gas station. Ha.

I ran out to the market and decided to stop by to grab a bite to eat on my adventure. When I got Wendy’s I did notice that the parking lot was clean and as I entered the store although it was busy, I was greeted promptly. Since I had ordered my food via the mobile app, I didn’t have to wait long for my food. It was hot, but not as fresh as I had hoped. The fries were a bit greasy and tasted as if they had been fried in old grease. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their tea was Southern Sweet Tea and refreshing. The dining area was clean but the trash can was overflowing. Overall experience was a 4. Would I go back yes but in hopes that the food is a bit more pleasing.

I stopped by tonight to get something quick to eat. I had not visited Wendy’s in a long time. I found it hard to read the menu at the drive thru and I asked the person on the drive thru how much something was and they didn’t know and they had to get someone that could get the price. They were not very friendly.
When I got my food, I asked for mustard packs and ketchup packs and they told me they don’t have mustard packs. I said okay, just ketchup then. I did not get any ketchup in my bag. I ordered the junior burger and bacon cheese fries. The burger was good and the cheese fries were also good although the cheese sauce seemed a bit bland. The bacon was crisp though and the fries actually tasted fresh (last time I went there they were not fresh).
I would have rated this higher had the customer service been good and if they actually carried mustard packs – I mean what kind of hamburger place doesn’t carry mustard packs?

I don’t know what the management is doing at this location. There always understaffed, long waits in drive thru. This is a growing area. Please do better and hire some worker’s that care about the business they work for.

I visited the drive-through recently and had a very disappointing experience. The older woman working the window was extremely rude and rushed me while I was placing my order. After waiting about 11 minutes, my food came out cold, dry, and stale.
I explained the issue to her, and she said she would remake the order, but she never came back. When I knocked on the window for assistance, she told me to pull back around instead of resolving the situation.
Overall, the service was unacceptable, and I believe this employee’s behavior needs to be addressed immediately.

Obviously Wendy’s doesn’t care about reviews bc this one is on a kill streak of 20+ bad reviews. Everytime I order online 15 minutes early rather there is a live or not I have to pull forward and wait 10 more minutes. Makes no sense but a guy in front of me can order $50 worth of jbcs and fries and they hold the line up to make um. Online order placed, wait 11 minutes to get to drive thru just to tell um I had an online order just wait more. Outlandish

Just picked our food up from the Wendy’s on Gate City in Greensboro. The Fave double burgers looked like a kindergartens art project. Smothered with ketchup and mayonnaise. One miniscule piece of lettuce. One tiny tomato and one pickle. The other was a Baconator and was just as bad. The bacon was just a very small amount of greasy bits. Not even enough to be one full piece of bacon. Ridiculous. Credit card machine wasnt working, Diet Dr. Pepper was out. Way too much money to spend on poor product like this.

So after a hard day’s work, I stop at the drive-thru I order the spicy chicken sandwich. No drink just the sandwich and fries. I get home, open my sandwich it’s only chicken and bread. Not a piece of lettuce, not a slice of tomato, not even a drop of mayo. Dry as the desert. I try calling, let the phone ring till it stopped. I called four times back to back nobody picked up. I’m gonna eat this sandwich because I’m hungry but I’m coming the tomorrow with my receipt.
