I heard all the hype from my friends about the new Wendy’s chicken tenders, so I thought about giving them a try. I walked in and ordered takeout at the counter. While I was waiting I went to the Men’s room. I’ll give them one kudo, the bathroom was unusually clean for a fast food restaurant. I give that a 5. Now back to the food. It wasn’t busy for a little before noon. I got my food, went back to my car and was very disappointed. The chicken tenders were warm, dry & hard around the edges. Like they’ve been sitting under some heat lamps for a while. The fries were not hot either. Very disappointing. I see on the big wall inside that we (Wendy’s) focus on serving everything up “FRESH”. Warm & dry is not fresh, fresh, is hot out of the fryer. I would not of minded waiting a few extra minutes for hot food. Maybe this was a fluke and I just happen to be the lucky recipient. The counter person was kind and friendly and the lobby was very clean. As far as atmosphere, any fast food restaurant is not going to be big on atmosphere. But I did give service & atmosphere a 5 rating. It’s the food that brought the overall down. Let’s face it. The food is the most important reason why we go fast food. Plenty of parking. Located right off of Exit 91 on I-85.

I’m am appalled at what I witness tonight. We kept ourselves calm, respectful and cool but we had to leave before we ended up just questioning what in the heck was going on with the staff on duty tonight to where it could escalate. We ordered a $30 meal. I got a Asiago Spicy Ranch Club meal with chili instead of fries. Biggie Meal, Frosty and Two Cheese Fries Trays. At the window they decided to tell us they are out of ALL drinks even lemonade—except diet & water…we said we don’t drink diet soda take the drinks off pls. They didn’t. They hand us our food…it’s not even our order…we hand it back…they hand us our order now but it’s mixed with someone else’s order. We hand it back. We tell the lady exactly what our order was. They hand us the food. Now we’re missing ingredients on the burgers and there was no fries with the biggie meal and no chili for mine, and no frosty. The lady says she’ll give us the ingredients they forgot on the side for the sandwiches and their rest missing too. Didn’t…she forgot while “getting the rest”. Guess what…we sit there for 15minutes…comes back empty handed…GIRL…WHAT. My partner points and says is that our chili sitting on the counter? She just grabs it and hands it to us and looks at us like we are overstaying our welcome and why are we still waiting. Upset look on her face…dare I say pissed. We tried to remind her of the ingredients missing, sides and frosty we’re still waiting on but BEFORE WE COULD FINISH TELLING HER THAT…SHE SLAMS THE WINDOW IN OUR FACE!!! She goes back in and leaves us waiting 10 more minutes so we left cuz we knew what that was and there were people behind us. When I tell you, we kept smiles on our faces because the last thing we want is the way they was acting to spit in our food….does this look a asiago spicy club? I’d post more pics if I could. This is so unacceptable!!! We PAID FOR MISSING ITEMS!! This is devastating…..3 people on staff just wandering around slowly. Im sure they know who we are and know what they did. I don’t mean to be mean but this was a nerve wrecking experience and you guys know it too…we had to just eat it cuz we paid for it and was NOT about to deal with asking for a refund because the lady was clearly ready to tell us to leave and stop correcting ALL their mistakes!! I’d put 0 stars if I could for having people on staff like that. You guys can do better that that. Sandy…it doesn’t matter if you’re nice to workers who are set on their attitudes, they will still project how much they hate their job onto u as if ur the problem for wanting a good meal from that establishment they are representing!! Let alone a correct meal of what you paid for and wanted to go home and enjoy with your family!!

My first time being back since they gave my kids COLD food! Yes I do appreciate them remaking are food and the GM talking to employees but this is unacceptable and barley even edible food fries where burnt and hard they literally break in half my boyfriend got a spicy asiago chicken sandwich and it had cheese and bacon on it and that’s it! I also had a spicy chicken sandwich and it WASNT EVEN SPICY !!!! There needs to be better training or just new employees. I will never be back!!! The food isn’t even worth it because you can’t even eat it and nothing was fresh at all either.. Also to say most of there night employees are rude including managers!!!!!

Stop at this Wendy’s after around of golf today, around 2:39-3pm. The wait was very long (only 3 cars in line) I got the wrong Burger and it was cold. Drove around and went inside too get the correct burger, and that burger was cold and nasty as well. I will say that the young lady working was very nice and professional, she’s not the problem. The person in the kitchen doesn’t care about the quality of food she’s putting out. I don’t mine the wait, but not for terrible food, please do better. Mr. or Mrs Manager your failing your team.

My friend ordered a large chili and we counted 8 beans with no meat and what appeared to be colored water. We use to love their chili. I tried the new chicken tenders and they were like rubber. Very disappointed!!

Stopped by to get supper between 7:30 – 8 pm. Why are there no lights in the parking lot? It is so dark that it has to be a safety and security hazard.
No greeting in the drive through, just a gruff “what do you want?” With a “what else?” after I select my items. Then nothing. No total, pull around or anything when I said I was done ordering.
The fries were freshly made and hot. The rest was cold and thrown together haphazardly. I come here maybe once a year, and it’s a sad state. Wendy’s was my favorite fast food restaurant, and now I just can’t come here anymore. I’m even scared off going to other ones, it’s been so traumatic every time I stop here.

You can’t go wrong with Jr bacon cheeseburger which is the best ever from Wendy’s they have come a long way they are now serving breakfast in the morning which is really good Wendy’s is for a great late snack after a ballgame or leaving the movies much and late night is the best time to grab a bacon cheeseburger you can get a Wendy’s bigger bag from $4.00 dollars and $6.00 dollars it’s a great deal

If it would allow me to give zero Stars I would. Visit December 1st at 12:45 a.m…. was informed that it would be a 25 minute wait and that the person running the window was the only staff member in the whole establishment. Wouldn’t the solution be to shut the doors at that point seeing as you don’t have the team members to operate the restaurant.
