My friends and I bought a late dinner from here the night before last and for me personally it’s been years since I’ve had Wendy’s. I was NOT disappointed. The service was great and friendly. We drove home and ate. It was still hot. I’ve always loved Wendy’s and I hate I don’t eat from here more often. Keep up the great work. Seriously.

Ordered on the app so the food would be hot when we arrived since we ordered in the parking lot. Dining room empty except for one family. The rest of the occupants were employees. One in the corner on his phone. Another employees must have been on his break. A third employees was at a table in the back corner laid across the table asleep.
My husband went to the counter and was told sorry we are out if iced tea. It’s 7:34… nope they aren’t making more.
He waited about 10 more minutes and brought the food to the table. Fries were ice cold. Now the manager is approaching the sleeping employee telling him you’ve been asleep on this shift too long you gotta go. Employee leaves. But left his coat and ran into the drink machine on his way out.
Back to my food. My burger was cold, cheese was cold and the bacon was apparently left over from breakfast and not edible. My husband said his doubles were the same. Dry and tasteless. Manager seemed too busy taking out the trash for us to bother him. However he did agree to remake one of his doubles.
Done with this location. Not exactly what I expected for a $35.00 fast food dinner.

Their window and their website states that they’re open till 1:00 a.m. yet if you show up at 12:30, the employees just ignore you. A few weeks before I had stopped at this Wendy’s and they were out of everything out of ranch out of sweet tea out of crackers. I guess with service like that they’re going to be the next Hardee’s and out of business.

Our drive thru orders have consistently been inaccurate and I’ve never had a overwhelming positive experience with any of the workers at this location over the last three years. Management needs to work on customer engagement and order accuracy.

Stopped here today (1-12-2019) with family on the way home from a trip to Virginia. Place was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our order was served quickly. Food was well made and presented nicely on the tray. My wife really enjoyed the new southwest style avocado salad. I enjoyed a double cheeseburger. I would certainly return here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Lines are very long, staff was inquiring when there shift finish, and a half hour wait. I recommend the staff needs serious training on customer educate , there appearance , and cleanliness from the sitting area to the restroom

I came through the drive thru and ordered 4/ 4.00. The fries and nuggets were lukewarm. My Double stack the meat was burnt and you couldn’t eat it. They had no straws. I don’t have the recipe because they didn’t give me on. This Wendy’s suck. I either want a meal replacement or the money back.

We got our order taken and we were very specific about the size of our fries. My sister paid and we got NO receipt. At first we only got the nuggets, a burger, and fries from the meal. I told my sister that we were missing 2 large fries and her drink. The person at the window was making a personal call on her phone instead of working and wasn’t listening to anything we said. She handed us ONLY 1 large fry after that, the coffee my sister ordered, and she tried to give us two drinks that we did not order. She handed us one of them anyways so now someone else is missing their drink. They didn’t give us any of the extra ketchup we had asked for. None of us this would’ve happened if the guy who took our order would’ve stayed at the window. For some reason he decided to switch off with a bigger white lady who was making a personal call… now to the food, the fries are DRY and have no salt. They didn’t give us our sweet n sour sauce for the nuggets nor ketchup so everything is dry. The fries are dry, the nuggets are dry, and my burger is dry. The burger has two slices of cheese yet, they couldn’t do the simple task of making it right and adding the proper amount of lettuce, ketchup, or tomatoes. There is one piece of soggy lettuce, only one piece of tomato, and barely any ketchup which is why I wanted extra ketchup. Do not come here. They started to get an attitude with us and we were in a rush so we had no choice to go. They wouldn’t get the receipt so they probably stole money from us. DO NOT COME HERE. They suck at their job and this wendys should not be in service. @corporate DO BETTER! Btw in the picture, yes I have eaten a part of it but only because I am out of state, haven’t ate in 5 hours, and we are in a rush to go to a meeting. I still can’t finish it bc it’s dry and disgusting.

What has happened to Archdale Wendy’s?! Bad service. Bad food. Fries were old and stale. Burgers were a mess…like someone purposely made them haphazardly. We won’t be back and don’t recommend this place. Worst Wendy’s we’ve ever eaten at?
