Very friendly and helpful customer service. I don’t eat meat and haven’t been to a Fuddruckers since they first opened in South Carolina over 20 years ago. I did eat meat at that time, and it was super exciting to have a restaurant like this back then. The young man who took our orders was very helpful in telling me all the toppings I could add to my veggie burger. The Veggie burger itself needs some attention. It was super soft and not what I’d call delicious, although edible, especially with the additions and all the toppings from the toppings bar. My mister rather enjoyed his burger, and the strawberry shake was super yummy. The atmosphere was clean and had some nostalgia. It was enjoyable to see the children politely enjoying the space with grandparents and parents.

My first visit and I was impressed by the size of the burger. I got the 1 pound burger and let me tell you it was delicious. The veggie bar was full of freshly cut vegetables to add to the burger. The space is very clean and the seating area is very comfortable. Staff are very nice and they are constantly cleaning the tables.

Joke of a burger place. Extremely filthy environment. After asking cooks nicely to please wear gloves an put face mask up, in return I get a burnt burger and undercooked fries because I told them that the fries have been sitting there for more than 20 minutes since I came in I even put a timer to show them. The disrespect and food quality just never makes me want to eat at fudruckers again. Then the toppings were all old and look from days before. Also threw the new fries on top of the old fries that’s been there for 20 minutes.

One of those places where the food trumps all else. The burgers are great. The condiment bar is plentiful: lettuce (two ways), onions (three ways), pickles, peppers, tomato etc. Sauces: hot, ranch, mustard, mayo, etc. The options are endless. And there is cheese sauce for fries, burgers whatever. Create your own coke machines, seating in a variety of places including the center of an old car. Small arcade, flat screen TVs. Parking is easy, but dealing with turning around on rt 1 is a pain. Service could have been friendlier, but wasnt unfriendly.

The food was delicious! And you definitely get a good amount of food! Love the fact that you can put your own toppings on your own food!! That’s an A+ for me, The service was really friendly people asking how everything is lots of smiles! That goes along ways! The car in the middle as a table to eat at is a huge hit!! Lots of Arcade games, a good place for the family in my opinion and the prices are not bad. Lots of seating so don’t get discouraged if you see lots of cars in their big parking lot!! They do have ramps for wheel chairs also . So go and enjoy a great meal with friends or family or even both!!

Always a treat going to Fuddruckers! Today was a little frustrating, neither soda machine had Cherry Coke. The bathroom sink on the left wouldn’t turn on and the soap dispenser on the right was empty. The conditioned air seems to be running a little too high for my liking but maybe I’m being picky. We’ll be back….

We stopped by for a couple of shakes. The diner feel isn’t exactly our vibe, but they do it pretty well. The employees were nice, and our shakes were good. The food came pretty quickly and the order was correct. The prices were a bit high.

As always, the decoration is on point and fun. The burgers were crispy without being dry, in fact they were quite juicy. The chicken tenders on the other hand needed more attention as the breading was overly thick and hard with basically no seasoning, and the chicken inside was only OK. The milkshakes were quite nicely made. The potato wedges were sporadically seasoned, most barely had any flavor, some were fine and others overpowered.
The seasoning issues were heightened by the lack of good dipping sauce options.
Some of the staff were hard to understand and gave up trying to communicate at times. The music was cranked really loud making everyone hard to hear.
