I asked for my food fresh automatically from the window my sentence was cut off by this rude Caucasian lady on night shift. I get up to the window and end up having to pull back around because my food was cold. I expressed that my food wasn’t fresh as advised and was given attitude and told to pull forward. I waited 10 minutes and still no food. To then pull back around and only be given nuggets, my boyfriend fries were cold as well so we asked for fresh everything. MIND YOU NO FOOD HAS BEEN TOUCHED. I ask her to either give me my refund or fresh food she then calls the manager up there and she tells me she can only give me the nuggets and that we should have eaten the fries while we were waiting and that’s why they were cold. THEY WERE COLD FROM THE JUMP! I still need my refund or food Wendy’s I’m not playing !!!!!

Service was fair.. We ordered 2 burger meals an when we got them the wife’s burger had 2 bottom buns so I laughed before I opened mine an said I probably will have 2 top buns. And what do you know I dure did lmao they can’t even fix 2 burgers without screwing it up. Took almost 15 mins before they took our order an then to mess up both burgers with one having 2 bottom pieces of bread and the other had 2 top buns smh. And even called the ingredients back to us after ordering an still got it wrong..The burgers were precooked and very dry an the fries were cold. The only part of the order that was right was the drinks in which we fixed them. We dined in so you’d think it would have been better. I dont usually complain to the kitchen because of what they could do to your order..This place needs some overhauling.. The staff was very loud and kinda rude while people are trying to eat and they were more concerned with clowning around..I will think hard before eating here at this location in front of Publix on N Main street in High Point again!

At 7:10 we ordered 10 breakfast burritos and potatoes. It took 40 minutes to get it. The sausage burritos were not wrapped, were falling apart, the bacon ones were cold and had no potatoes. Half of our order wasn’t brought out. No sauces were not given to us. When we asked for them, we were told they don’t come with them but you can have some. Online, it shows that it does. When we complained we were given a very insincere “sorry”, with no offer to rectify the situation.

This Wendys had the nerve to say that door dash has to come in and pick up when there are zero cars in the drive thru. In reality they didnt have the food ready and needed me to come in and order for them to get the order right. They also did not give me a receipt for the customer and were rude. Additionally late night orders at wendys have to be retrieved at the drive thru.

The young lady who took payment was on her phone while taking our payment, not a very good sign when Wendy’s as a restaurant has been known to have issues with payment integrity. Then they are out of fruit punch for the kids meal, which was able to be substituted for a different fruit juice so that was fine. Asked us to pull out of the line to wait for our food, which I don’t mind when it’s a complicated order or when there’s a line behind but neither of those were true for us. Brought out the food, and why are my fries cold? And then, out of kids meal toys, didn’t mention that at any point of the transaction, don’t hide what you don’t have, transparency matters
