My husband and I arrived about 3:20 pm on Sunday,were seated immediately.. Dominique was our server.. Very kind, friendly young lady.. She was spot on, taking time to check on us, even bringing fresh drinks although we hadn’t asked. Very good service,the 3 for Me is what my husband and I ordered,of course you also get chips and salsa along with the huge burger, fries and drink.Very reasonable price for such a huge amount of food.I had leftovers to take home plus Dominique brought us chips n salsa to take home.We really enjoyed our meal and the service.

We had a group of girls there for a birthday party. Everything went amazing. There were about 12 of us. Our waitress was awesome. Food was great. I highly recommend going for a party, or eating with your family.

We love chili’s! We love it because of the staff. We normally sit at the bar but occasionally have to get a table. The servers are great. Very attentive. We have not always had a perfect experience at chili’s like any other place they have had alot of new hires but even on days we have had any issue it was quickly fixed. The Gm and managers are always great and they have a few amazing cooks

UPDATE- We decided to finally give it another try and this time the food and the service was amazing. No complaints at all and I’m usually not one to complain especially like this. But, the last few times before this was pretty bad. I’m very happy something changed. Or at least for the night it did. Hopefully it stays that way, we really enjoyed our meals and our time together. ❤️ Thank you Chili’s staff for all you did to make sure we had all we needed and more. We really appreciate it.
OLD REVIEW-
I can’t say anything good about our time here. First of all we waited by the door for so long I ended up having to call and tell them we were standing there waiting eventhough they barely had anyone there.. it wasn’t packed at all.. Had to send the steaks back a few times to get them well done. By the way we had the 2 for $25 meals… They didn’t come with garlic butter on them neither did the broccoli which is the best part. We had to ask for it then it was cold and didn’t even melt.. Not to mention we had a hair that looked like a mustache hair in our chips and salsa. Barf!!! seems like every time we go there it just gets worse. The place isn’t very clean either. Trash overflowing in the bathroom. Overall bad experience for my family and I hate that bc we love Chili’s. EDIT- We went back… Same thing… But, this time we ordered 10oz steaks and got 6oz. The manager took 2 dollars off our ticket instead of giving us our 10oz steaks which costs like $21 dollars each. This makes me so mad because we love Chili’s in different towns. This one here in Searcy sucks. They need new management. Someone who actually cares about how the restaurant is ran.

Got lunch here Sunday and ordered the triple dipper, 4 piece Crisper meal, and trio dip. Service was amazing our waitress took very good care of us. Food was alright… it was a little overcooked and made sloppily. Two meals, appetizer, and two sodas ran us $73.

Cane in at 11 on Sunday. Very friendly hostess but after that, no waitress ever came and took our drinks for 20 minutes. Decided to get up and leave as people who had came in after us started getting their food.
