Use to love eating at Wendy’s. But this location seems to try and run on a skeleton crew and they have issues during lunch time or when busy. They where busy when i went thru the drive thru durning lunch and they gave me a cheesburgher that was raw in the middle. they really need to have move staff and make sure all the food is cooked fully. This is a health violation that needs to be looked at by the department of health.

I’m so over giving this Wendy’s a chance to get it together! Every single time I come here the order is wrong or the food is extremely cold. I’m tired of complaining cause it doesn’t do any good. How is it that every single time something is wrong and the same people aren’t even working when this happens? What is wrong with Wendy’s?

Our van broke down in the parking lot, and manager Liz was so understanding and helpful. She and Trinity helped us push it into a parking spot in the freezing cold at 10:30pm and let us leave it there overnight. Even the newest guy, Elijah, helped us out while he was waiting for his ride home. Thank you to the whole staff – you made a bad situation much more pleasant!!!

Due to skeleton crew certain items are just not stocked. Cold brew has been on the menu and not stocked for 6 months. I’m sure it has to do with the manpower required to make that coffee, I would hate to see a lightbulb go out. Wendy’s corpo nerds that decide budget need to hurry up and increase it for this location. Or to invest in a menu of real items that are easy enough to make. Like spaghetti, or a quesadilla, maybe even a grilled cheese.

Samantha was very friendly and professional when she took my order, The manager Elizabeth makes sure every item is in the bag. The cooks tonight was really professional and fast. This is definitely better than any Wendy’s in Burlington.

I have to give this store its props! Although there was an error in my order (shorted $5), I was taken care of immediately! Debbie assisted me with getting the manager (Emily) and talked with me until the issue was resolved. Emily went above and beyond to correct the mistake. I do not feel like this was intention, and I am so glad it was resolved in a nice, calm manner. Best service I have had from fast food in a long time!
Speaking about fast food, the service was quick, and the quality was amazing! Overall, the whole trip was 5*, even if it included an error!
Whoever is responsible for raises here should give Debbie and Emily a raise! Also the cook team deserves a shout out too as the food was amazing!

I swing by here often for coffee in the mornings any time I’m headed to Raleigh for work. The drive thru is always quick, friendly, and the 2 ladies there always make sure you’re take care of. Thank you morning team for always being consistent with good hot coffee ready to go!
