I sat in pine to order. Then after hearing them talking through drive through talking box. They talked to me. 5 minutes trying to order i just drove off. Its been a week so im factoring that. So I drove to the other Wendy’s at the mall. More people in line. Facility is much more professional. Employees you cant ask for better. Had make the fries. Cool. Couple minute wait im gone. Ive spent 23 years in retail depending on consumer for my income. So I do have different look. Just go to the one at mall save yourself the effort or aggravation or whatever.

An employee was laying in one of the booths with feet in the aisle and cap throw on the table.
Was immediately given an “not the place I want to eat” bad vibe.
We left without ordering

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FOOD I’VE EVER GOTTEN AT A WENDY’S.
Arrived around 7pm at this Wendy’s and ordered two combos from inside to take food out. Soda machine was pouring then stopping so it took several minutes to fill 2 cups. The burgers were dry to burnt, the fries cold and some burnt and the nuggets were dry or old. Employees were laughing and running around the front and back of the restaurant. Hungry, we went next door to Bojangles where thankfully the chicken was hot and good.
While traveling We’ve always relied on Wendy’s for consistent quality and service but unfortunately not any longer.
The last 3 Wendy’s have been a disappointment and this location is the worst of the three. Keep driving.

This location is fraudulently adding a rounded DTFA donation to your electronic transactions without telling you or offering a receipt. Noticing the higher price last time and this time, I asked for a receipt today and asked about it. I was told it was because of the national penny shortage.

Would have given no stars if I could. Ordered simple hamburgers with no cheese and they all had cheese on them. Entire order was wrong. We were missing the most expensive item we ordered. Got a Jr. Burger instead of the regular we ordered. Called them up and complained about the order. Had to travel back to store the next day to get our money refunded. Gas isn’t cheap and it’s a 25 min ride from our house! Just a terrible ordeal all together.

I stopped by on Saturday at about 5:30pm thinking I beat the evening rush, as there was only one car in the drive-thru. Once I got my order I then understood why they weren’t busy. The fries were ice cold, as if they sat under an A/C vent instead of a heat lamp. The Spicy Chicken sandwich had no lettuce, and only a single cherry-sized tomato slice. What has happened to Wendy’s when the lemonade is now the best product?

We were passing through on our way home from vacation with our little one and the man at the counter gave him a free toy to play with. Didn’t catch his name but he had a cast on his hand. This gentleman was very nice and even gave us a tip on where to fill up before getting back on the road.
He gave us service with a smile, was informative, gave us some local tips, and wished us a blessed day when heading out the door. Very impressed with the customer service and the food was great too!

Drink was cold , fries warm, burger not even lukewarm . Was not satisfied not sure if I should eat the burger paid over $11 for it . 1 an 1/2 peace of bacon But they remade my order an I was satisfied thanks ..
