I don’t even know where to start. I spent almost $33 and only about $10 was edible. My burger was so dry and hard. I took the patties off the bun and tried to cut them with a plastic fork and the fork broke. The fries were cold and hard. Also, I ordered the pretzel pub burger and got the chicken. The tea was so weak there was absolutely NO flavor. I contacted the manager who was not at all apologetic. Her words to me with a bit of attitude were I can give you back your money or replace your food, that’s all I can do. No I’m sorry. No recognition that this should not have happened at all. My food was not edible it was not acceptable. I will never go to this Wendy’s again.

Would have given no stars if I could. Ordered simple hamburgers with no cheese and they all had cheese on them. Entire order was wrong. We were missing the most expensive item we ordered. Got a Jr. Burger instead of the regular we ordered. Called them up and complained about the order. Had to travel back to store the next day to get our money refunded. Gas isn’t cheap and it’s a 25 min ride from our house! Just a terrible ordeal all together.

For a small breakfast meal a number 7 it cost 7.49. Prices are way to high. Cuatomer service was great. Did forget my ranch I requested. Over all pretty good besides the prices. They also got rid of the 4 for 4 deal. I was upset about that.

As a Wendy’s connoisseur, this location piqued my interest. The staff was friendly, but rather dull in the mind. My colleagues had their names misspelled and nuggets forgotten. As for the bathrooms, squeaky clean, both men’s and women’s. I could practically have eaten my baconator right off the floor. The food was fresh, never frozen, though our square parties were questionable. Dave has done it again, and created a great white American family restaurant.

Typically I am not honestly a huge fan of this wendys. I prefer the one by the mall. However, the past few times I’ve passed through this one the food hasn’t been bad nor the service. My grilled wrap tortilla was a tad on the dry side like it was heated too long or something but other than that no complaints.
