This was a first for me at five guys. They ran out of fries!!! Did not get to eat my order due to them running out fries midway thru a 40 minute wait!! Totally unacceptable when you have potatoes on hand to make more fries.

Usually you get a ton of fries but last time i was there I got a pretty small bag for $5 I expect a lot more..they also didn’t give me any napkins which is really needed for their big sloppy burgers

Garbage service everytime I come here when a Manger isn’t there my food is never ready in a timely manner when I order 15 minutes before getting there. Pay people how much your meals cost an hour and you may get some good employees.

note that i do love five guys but i really need to let yall know DO NOT GET ANY WATER/DRINKS FROM THE MACHINES. i got some water and gagged from how awful it tasted, genuinely like metallic almost blood like taste i thought maybe my mouth was bleeding (it wasn’t). i would’ve let the employees know but this was during a delivery so i couldn’t. please clean or fix whatever is in there

Food was greasy. Bacon on burger was burned and super salty. The fries were soggy and everything is going ay overpriced. Friendly staff. First and only time we will be choosing to spend here. Summary… Greasy and overpriced.
