I love Wendy’s, but this restaurant needs a health inspector. There is a fly infestation in this building. It’s almost December. How is there so many flies? I counted over 10 of them just in the dining area. I had to end up throwing my food away because so many flies were close to me. 1 or 2 flies is normal, but this is not normal.

I couldn’t even bite through one of the frys it was so old and refryed with old grease. None of my mates could choke down the fries they were so trash. My chicken was so dry not even a drop of liquid is left. Only positive was they had endless ketchup to choke it down with.

Ordered a cup of chili. There was NO moisture in it. It was thicker than cold peanut butter. The chili was warm but dry as a bone. It has also progressively over time gotten spicy without adding anything.
I had not opened the container until I got home and wasn’t going back out. Tried calling today but phone rings and rings with no answer.

Probably the worst drive thru experience ever. We waited sooooo long. I got 2 kids meals and a Jr burger and frys. They had to remake the burger and when we got home we realized they forgot the dipping sauce for the chicken. And the frys were terrible. Inedible.

Visit this Wendy’s a lot. Usually at least once a week. Most of the time pretty good. HOWEVER… lately…out of Frosty, out of salad and today out of chili. Today, at lunchtime, 39 degrees out….out of chili. AND…the person at the drive thru forgot mic was on…uh oh. I won’t be petty enough to repeat.
So… here’s a bit of advice. You are on the busiest road on this side of the entire county. First…get yourself some staff that having a job is apparently not beneath them. Second…keep things often ordered in stock. Been in restaurant/bar business 30+ years..not that hard. When it’s cold..have chili. Hot? Have Frostys. Sorry had to lower my rating..but come on. Plenty of other options around…but we keep trying your location

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years and this one did not disappoint. The food was perfect and the staff was friendly! ( I’m in my stranger things phase and -running up that hill- by Kate Bush played and the rest of the music was family friendly)

This was the worst food I’ve ever had at Wendy’s. It was cold, bread was hard and fries were cold and tough. We took 1 bite and left. All the drinks were out in the machines and the cashier was trying to run the counter and drive-thru. Our first and last time here!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. We waited in the drive through for 40 minutes to have missing food that was charged for, and food that we did receive was cold. I have eaten at this location many times through the years, but the last few times we have had terrible customer experiences. Not sure what has changed recently, but we are done, and will not be returning.

I paid with cash and never received my change before I left. On my way home, I realized it, so I called the store. The manager went back and forth with me insisting she did give me my change, but told me I could come back anyway. When I did, she counted the entire drawer and realized she did in fact did not give me my change. It was finally returned. She was rude throughout the whole interaction. She never apologized or acknowledged the mistake. Very unprofessional experience.

The food was not the best. The fries were overcooked. The new berger didn’t impress me very much, but that wasn’t their fault. The TV was off. I didn’t want it on but the kids did. Some of the drinks were not available, which is normal, it just added to the experience. I’m sure next time I come it’ll be a better experience.
