Waited 20 min for mobile pick-up for my Healthcare Client, then went in to find out they hadn’t even started the order. Got back to clients apt only to find some of order was missing. Sloppy, careless personal service!

Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 footlong coney dogs I ordered through app, and then they were a total mess. I understand that this type of sandwich is going to be messy, but when the majority of the toppings are on the bottom of the tray…. Almost like somebody dropped them, it’s ridiculous. When we tried to get back in touch with the restaurant, nobody answered.

Placed an online order in a few weeks ago… when I pulled up to check in, it wouldn’t let me at ANY of the stalls so I tried to press the button and got no response. Eventually, we tried on a different account on a different phone and had the same issue. We then just placed a regular order on the screens because this time they finally answered. We realized our accounts had still been charged despite the check in not occurring/working at all and we couldn’t cancel to get a refund. Had to call customer service support to get my full refund back where I was then told this will only happen once, if this event ever happened again I would not receive a refund. How is it the customers fault when your restaurant clearly has self check in turned off? Make it make sense.

Charged me for bacon and didn’t put it on my sandwich. Girls were very rude and refused to fix my sandwich. Threw a bag at me with a piece of bacon in it. Corporate rewarded me with a free cheese burger. This place is a dump

After I parked ,pushed the red button , told on the screen they would be with me shortly and I didn’t get waited on. After being ready to order for 7 to 8 minutes. Maybe 5 cars total prior to my arrival. One car next door was waited on that arrived a few minutes after me. I will return at another time. Sometimes stuff like this happens so although I think it’s worth noting for this time , I will try again later. Usually I have prompt service and a good experience

My family had to take a family member to the hospital in Owensboro KY. We googled places to eat and saw they had a Sonic. We ordered our food and left to return to the hospital. The burgers tasted sour like the meat was bad. The drinks lids were not on securely. My kids spilt their drinks on their laps. We quiet literally threw our $40 order in the trash. Do not eat at this establishment. They should be ashamed at the food and service provided here….

Food was great and my carhop Keigan was amazing. He was friendly when he greeted me, nice about getting sauce I forgot to ask for, told me to have a good day and to come back. This kind of service will keep my family coming back to this location every time.
