I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a Dave’s double meal and a large chili. The woman took my order and money. Was very unfriendly! The guy that handed my food out the window. He practically threw it at me. Check out my pictures. I barely got half my fries! And maybe two-thirds of my chili. This is BS!!! I paid almost 16 dollars for this garbage!

Went through the drive thru. Was told to wait. Order 20 spicy nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich. Food was stale, not crispy. Had to drive back and ask for my order remade fresh. To answer the drive thru saying how can I make your food fresh for you and then provide old food that sat under the heat lamp an hour is wild. Wendy should do better. I just started coming back to wendys. The nuggets were fresh my last 3 experiences in MD. These types of experiences are why I stop coming to wendys for years. They are lucky that scorching hot sauce is great and keeps me coming back for now.

Never have had a good experience here. Service is always terrible. Today the staff was fighting over who had to cover the front to take an order. The supervisor( I’m assuming) was at least nice enough to take out order. The burgers were so thin and dry it was like eating cardboard. The fries didn’t even taste fresh even though they just made some. Half of the choices on the soda machine were unavailable… all of the diet choices. Not to mention ordering the new snicker doodle frosty and then after waiting for the sign to say it was made… be told “Oh, we don’t have that”.This is the 4th time I’ve tried this place thinking it would be different. Not so much. Thank you for a waste of $30.

I stopped with my students at this Wendy’s while on a field trip for lunch. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs and had our food ready very quickly, even allowing me to call and order ahead. I greatly appreciate their efforts and will be back for sure.

I purchased an apple pecan chicken salad.. the apples were rotten, the salad was old, and it tasted foul. Couldn’t even down one bite. It tastes spoiled.

Fries all clumped/cooked together and tasted as if not salt was added. Most were undercooked at the center of the clumps. All of my lettuce was just the rib part. And even though the last pic doesn’t do it justice the patty was a giant square/rectangle that did not fit on the bun at all. Some ppl might like that; I do not.
We spent $20+ for 2 number 1s. Higher cost should equal some kind of better quality/assurance of being prepared properly.

The customer service is awful and very unpleasant. It’s rare when there’s a smile, or a “have a good day.” The employees are visibly on their phones in front of the guests and clearly not present.

Dont order anything with Bacon after 10pm. Bacon had died on the line probably over an hour prior. Theres food times for a reason. I work late so its not the first time this has happened at this location. If i only paid 5$ i probably wouldnt care. The fact that i paid 13$ for 2 burgers, a half flat coke, and a lrg chili. Yes im going to call and complain.

Pumpkin Spice Frosty needs to be removed from the menu asap! I have no idea what is going on with this concoction but I actually gave it to my dogs after 2 spoons . It really does taste horrible.
Also, a large visible sign should be placed at the counter .. where registers are … that read, All Orders Taken at Kiosk. If so, I would have avoided the embarrassment of the three young ladies behind the counter handing me fleeting and condescending looks as I just stood there waiting for someone to come take my order. After about 5 minutes, one of them finally instructed me to use the kiosk and that Wendy’s no longer wishes to communicate with their customers but has decided to double down on the drive thru alone. Since they can’t figure out how to handle both in-house and drive thru as well as CFA, they give up and focus on one instead of both. Pretty lame.
