Recently stopped by for some wings on my trip back from knoxville, got my usual wings and drink. Was afraid that with new ownership things would change but they were still amazing! New owner was extremely nice and professional, she was courteous and made sure our table had everything. Even got a glass to take back home to Tennessee! Will be back again every year!

My whole opinion on Townhouse was just changed all due to a side salad and the waitress. Asked for a side salad to go with my delicious cheeseburger. LaShauna( not sure how to spell her name brought a large plate of salad. We asked if this was the side salad and she confirmed yes it is . Looking at the bill the side salad coated $8.00. We asked her about this that all we wanted was a side salad to go with the meal. She states this is a dinner salad! Theres no other choice for her to ring it up. So I asked if I would of got the side salad that would of came with the meal instead of French fries if it would of been the same size. She said no it would of been much smaller. She insists you can not buy a side salad anymore. I told her that would of been helpful when we said to her “side salad” she should of said we do not have those all we have is a dinner salad. I got the feeling she was some what new to waitressing and didn’t really want to be there. Point I am making is if you want just a side salad to go with your meal its not an option anymore. She should of been upfront and honest when we said side salad that they do not have those just a dinner salad. Just lost a customer and gained a 1 star Google review all due to the “$8.00 side salad” and the waitress doing her job wrong she should know the menu better than anyone. .

It’s really cute and cozy inside. Staff is super sweet. Food was pretty good. I really recommend the cheese balls. It’s a little pricey but good quality.

We ordered pizzas for pick up on Christmas Eve. Other places were going to take 85 minutes. Townhouse had the pizzas ready in less than 30 minutes and everyone loved them. We got a jumbo pepperoni and jumbo chicken mushroom jalapeno. ️

Local pizza / bar lounge. This would be what they originally looked and felt like, prior to the trendy sports bar and grill chains coming in.
Place isn’t run down at all, but not terribly up to date either. It’s what you would expect an older lounge to look like. They are more known for their pizza here, but they do have burgers and wings etc. Theres several things to choose from.
Couple different dining areas, and a bar in the middle. So you can choose to dine at a table, or sit right at the bar itself. You can get drinks at either location you choose.
Service was good. Stayed on top of things, but without being pushy. Was friendly as well.
We ordered a pizza and a chicken strip basket. The pizza was their Hawaiian Heat, which consists of Pepperoni, Italian sausage, onion, mushrooms, pineapple and jalapeño. The chicken strip basket was of course the strips and fries. The pizza had a healthy amount of toppings. Some places can make you feel short changed… especially with multiples. Here they did good to just pile them on. Chicken strips were good as well. Only complaint on the strips meal was there was no salt on the fries. And as most know, fries that come out fairly dry to the touch, don’t mix with granular salt. Just bounces off. Would have been good to have a little salt back when they first came out from cooking. But, considering no salt, they were still decent.

Dried up chicken with cheese and a bit of sauce. Very dry obviously bad chicken that was left out apparently than added to our 30 dollar pizza. A dollar store pizza has more favor. When I called to let them know response was ” okay. Can I help you with anything else?” LOL they don’t care…

When I first walked in it smelled funny like dooky. The customer service was amazing #save the turtles Anyways when I got my pizza the flavor was there but it was cold and hard!! Sadly disappointed will go back tho because the people are nice and this was delivery and I did arrive the time they told me

Can never go wrong with Townhouse! I had a delicious chicken sandwich although their pizza is some of the best in town! Our waitress, I wish I took her name down, was super busy managing almost all the tables but still did a great checking in on our large group! Great service and food as always!

Disappointed on the wings we bought tonight. We ordered 50 wings. Unfortunately the wings were dry and when we called to let the manager in charge know there respond was to bring the wings so they could add more sauce. Any other restaurant would handle it in a different matter to satisfy the customer. Unfortunately Townhouse did not. I will no longer buy wings from them.
